Dissappointed that there was no A/C for the downstairs bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. I understand it's an older house and the multiple provided fans helped mitigate during record high temps. In the online description, a more explicit mention of the absence of A/C would help to manage renter's expectations.The location was excellent and the whole house was comfortable to stay in. I would stay there again.

Very nice home decoration and environment. Very good location near downtown restaurants and everything. The only inconvenience is the guest in one room can not take shower without going to another guest’s room.

Great location in town, close to the springs, Doc Holliday hike, bars, and restaurants. Highly recommend the stay.

Lovely little house two blocks off the main street in Glenwood Springs. Many amenities provided with clear instructions and guides conveniently placed.

Overall we had a pleasant experience at this property where we were traveling with 3 young kids (1 1/2, 3 1/2, 4 1/2) and 4 adults. The positives: location was great, there was plenty of space for our kids to play, and the outside area was great to have access to. The cons: we did have some concerns with the maintenance of the property (AC was leaking on the bed, box spring was completely broken for one of the beds, there were visible holes in the deck) which is what led to the 3 stars. The property management company was very receptive to our concerns and sent someone to fix the AC in particular which we appreciated but it was frustrating to have to deal with.

Great Location!

Wonderful House!
