Welcome to the Powder Pad! Our 2 story 1BR Townhome is decorated with care and located a mile from Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift. We offer a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Full Bath, Large Closet, Free Parking & Shuttle, W/D, and Clubhouse Pool & Hot Tub. There is a Balcony w/BBQ and pub table, and it even has a peep lake view! Our condo is located in a quiet neighborhood at the top of Kingsbury grade near Heavenly Mountain's Stagecoach Lift. It would be a 15 minute hilly walk if you did decide to walk to the slopes or you can drive or take the FREE shuttle (comes every 15 minutes in the winter) to either Stagecoach or Boulder lifts. It's so nice to be so close! We have two restaurants and a small convenience store within walking distance, you will love it!
Our condo is located in a quiet neighborhood at the top of Kingsbury grade near Heavenly Mountain's Boulder and Stagecoach Lifts. It's so nice to be so close! We have two restaurants and a small convenience store in our neighborhood. A 7 minute drive (or $20 uber ride) will find you to the Casinos and Heavenly Village where all the action is! You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in the house manual upon arrival.
Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more!
A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount charged applies and is non-refundable.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.
We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.
