The cabin was amazing and the views were beautiful. The lake is very private which made it very peaceful. It’s about a half hour drive to any of the sights along the north shore but we couldn’t have asked for a much better place to stay. We absolutely loved it!

Had a blast

Great place, with lot of amentities included for fun at the lake. And even though we had a couple of rainy days during our stay, there was ample space for cozy cabin indoor acitivities.

Peaceful times by the water

The property's proximity to the waters edge was great. The addition of 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks and the option to rent their pontoon was a big reason we booked.

The communication was excellent from beginning to end. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The lake is super quiet and clear. Being 30 minutes from Duluth and Two Harbors made this an excellent location for fun family vacation.

Awesome vacation!

Beautiful property just outside of downtown Duluth. Cabin was clean and loaded with everything you’ll need. Gorgeous view of the lake, memorable sunsets! A+++!

Stayed 5 days in June with family. The place was beautiful and exactly what is pictured. The bunkhouse was a plus for the kids. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboard. The pontoon was extra but worth it. Kathi and Chad were the best hosts. It didn’t matter the time of day I messaged them with questions, their response were instant. We would definitely return here again in the future.

Very nice, clean property, beautiful lake view!

We had a great stay with our children and grandchildren! The setting is on a beautiful lake that is the primary view from the living room and dining table. Property was very clean. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. Communication with the hosts went very well. I pinged them on the VRBO site and received a prompt response to my question. Everyone in our group was happy with our stay and would like to come back for another visit in the future :-)

Great MEA break location

Really great location on a pretty quiet lake. Local bar has great food including Saturday night prime rib. Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Common space isn’t large but very well laid out to make it comfortable for a family of four. Outside space is wonderful with good privacy and Great Lake views. Roughly 50 minutes to the Superior shore and all the parks. You really feel like you’re away from it all.

We could not have asked for a better cabin! We had two adults, 2 boys and 5 teenage girls.... the bunkhouse was not only adorable but 100% perfect for the girls. The boys liked having their space in the bunkbed room and the main suite was perfect for us adults. The lake is so quiet and so beautiful. The water is clear. Sitting on the dock was peaceful. We rented the pontoon and spent a beautiful 6 hours in the middle of the lake jumping off of it and swimming to the (provided) lilypad. We also loved how stocked the kitchen was and Netflix was great for the kids to watch at the end of the day as they unwinded. I will say.. when we rent it next time I will probably tell them the internet is down ) I will also bring fans for us next time to move the air around in the bunkhouse and in the upper level bedrooms. The hosts were lovely and responsive and if you are hesitating in making this booking stop it. Just book!!
