This cottage is exactly. What we needed to get away , Quiet. All the necessities, & bedding and towels. Clean & comfortable. Thank you for being a great host! Beautiful Area!

Yes, respectfully the places down the road that have a view rent for 3 times as much. I do my best to price accordingly given the location. There is water rights and access to the River to swim and watch the sunsets, etc. There are fold up chairs in the shed for the beach. Kayaks and life jackets are also included to get people on the River. Appreciate your feedback and welcome you back anytime!

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! The host communicated his availability and made sure everything was okay after we had been there for a day. Very satisfied with everything! The binder he left at check in was extremely helpful in finding things to do during our stay. Very well done Kevin!

Peaceful cottage

Kevin's cottage is absolutely beautiful, all the amenities of home and then some! It's so clean, it's actually polished from top to bottom. Kevin lives right next door, he makes sure everything is ok, and is very responsive. I felt completely at home, it's very quiet and safe neighborhood,

Great property hosted by Kevin. Very clean, homely and had everything that you would need and more (including things that you may have forgotten).Full instructions on how to use things were included. Although at this point there is no WiFi, Kevin immediately responded to text messages and facilitated access from his own, at his house. Easy to find, great location and a definite place to revisit. Thank you Kevin for making us so welcome.

Great place

The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!

Creo que para ser solo unos cuantos días de descanso el lugar es perfecto, muchas actividades por hacer, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, bastante tranquilo y sin ruido, el barrio súper amable y el dueño súper atento y disponible en cualquier momento.

Great place to stay. Ghost was amazing and priority was very clean. Easy access to boat launch and great location between Alex Bay and Clayton. Can't wait to stay again.

We love the property. We spent five nights there. Everything went excellent. We did not need to bring anything. We had no issues at all. There was plenty of utensils and glasses and cups and mugs and plates and silverware and so on.
