7 guys stayed at the property. Clean house, beds were comfortable, nice having 3 bathrooms, kitchen had plenty of dishes/pots/pans, hot tub was big, big dining room table. Location was easily accessible with golf courses close. Location is quiet. Ping pong table and foosball table were fun. I would stay there again if we visited that area. Great value and the host communicated well.

This was a great home and property for a group. Everything is accurately described. It was a plus that we were able to use all 6 kayak's and the trailor to pull them to the lake. If you plan to kayak you should bring a vehiche which is able to pull a trailer along with a person that is use to pulling one. That was not clear when we booked but Emmett sent that information along with other details about the area. Emmett was excellent at communicating with us and another plus for sending the "extra" details about the area such as things to do, eating places and nearest grocery store. Hot tub was AMAZING and exceptionally CLEAN. The local deer were a favorite as well!!

We had a great low key winter weekend with friends on the property. The property was plenty of space and great amenities. Our host was helpful and easy to connect with questions. The location to the castle was a great suprise, which gave a great spot to walk too. Dinner at Antlers and drinks in an igloo made it a magical trip!

Very relaxing stay. The house was perfect for our family of 6. Nice location in a wooded area. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our time there. The hot tub was a bonus. Deer welcomed us every morning and evening. Our host was very responsive.

Golf Trip

8 of us stayed here for a long weekend golf trip. Plenty of golf courses around to choose from. Comfortably slept all of us with no issues. House was clean and prepped well. Great accommodations.

We rented this house for out of town friends. I packed up "essentials" for their stay but was pleasantly surprised when these things (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags -- even coffee was provided). The house was clean and provided for an enjoyable stay.

Great spot

Excellent for the two families that stayed. Plenty of space to eat, play and sleep. Community pool was less than 15 minutes away. We all loved the hot tub for the colder spring days. Good communication with the host. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to gather family for the holidays. Clean and comfortable. Great game play area in basement with Foosball and ping pong. Comfy couches, big TVs to watch the games. Plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. Just a really relaxing and enjoyable place. The hot tub was incredible too!

Perfect home and Host for our annual Labor Day couples golf weekend, played several amazing courses in and around the area and couldn’t have asked for better weather! Emmett the owner of the house was very informative and attentive to our needs, we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit , beds were comfy, house was stocked with so many extras, our host even had Amazon do a next day delivery of new ping pong paddles and balls so that we could use the ping pong table as the old ones were pretty beat up! Totally exceeding our expectations! We had full use of his kayaks , however with all the golf we played there just wasn’t enough time! Would definitely recommend the Big Red modern clubhouse! Thanks again, Deb and friends

Really great location and great property. Only reason it’s not getting a 5 star review is that the hot tub was in need of some help. The supports that move the top on and off were broken on both sides (this really needs to be fixed), so it took 3 of us to get the top back on. The top was also shedding styrofoam into the water, so it degraded the experience. And lastly, the water was also in need of chlorine treatment, but the host had somebody come out and take care of it so we were able to get a little use out of it.The host was great! Very quick to respond and communicate in general. Would stay here again for sure!

Nice quiet place. Basement couch had a piece of metal sticking out, even with the duct tape the host applied. Tree fell down in the power line and knocked out the power (and running water) for 8 hours. Host was really amenable and even refunded some to compensate. Home itself is lovely, comfortable, and met our needs. The Canadian Lakes association was a little on the depressing side, looks like a really old place, they even gave me a parking violation because I didn’t have a sticker on my car.It met our needs, it was worth the price, if you are looking for someplace QUIET to hang with the family, this is a great place, as long as the house, hot tub, and bonfire are all you need. That’s all we needed.

Absolutely no complaints. The host has great communication. The property was well maintained and matched the listing description. Plenty of space for large families to gather and play. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and saw wildlife in the yard every day!
