Beautiful lake house just a half mile off 280. Outstanding views of Lake Martin. Come take a relaxing vacation at one of the most beautiful spots on Lake Martin at"Southern Comfort". We have a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bathroom in this beautiful lake front home. Every room in the house has an awesome view of the lake. All stainless appliances and kitchen utensils for your cooking convenience. The living room is very large for all your entertainment needs. The house has WIFI internet and boasts a 55" 4k TV with Netflix and a huge sectional sofa with a queen let out bed.The dining room boast a large expandable table and a fixed bar top.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a beautiful stone walk in shower. Our house also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The outside has a large deck with a outdoor grill so you can grill and never miss a minute of whats going on inside or outside. The house has a handicap ramp leading into the house and onto the deck. There is a nice private pier for docking your boat, swimming or catching fish. There is also a firepit with benches so you can enjoy a nice fire while making smores. For our wonderful fishermen we had 2 seperate driveways with electrical outlets. We are conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 280 at the River Bridge and directly across from River North Marina. Boat ramp is located less than 5 miles away. We are less than 10 minutes from Wind Creek State Park and 30 minutes from Auburn.

Great place right on the water. The common areas and bedrooms were cleaned well there were some areas that could use a little more work like the wine racks were pretty dusty. The kitchen cabinets and utensils were just kind of thrown about so it took some time to find things. Overall the stay was pleasant. Close to Auburn so the drive over for the game wasn’t bad at all.

Great stay! Beautifull home, with a great lake view! The home is situated at the end of a very quite road. The large back porch is nearly over the water offering both a very quite stay with an outstanding view. It is just a minute from the hwy and a minutes from alexander city and all the lake. Plenty parking. Home was clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great location for a longer stay. Perfect for football season, too, I am sure. We were there for summer fun, though. Grocery store close by. Food delivery easily available. In our case having the Marina so close was great. We rented a boat. Pet friendly is a huge plus. House is easy to find on a very quiet street. Great deck with nice view of the water and sky. Very large living room with over size couch for great TV time during bad weather. Overall very comfortable.

The property and lake were perfect for our girls getaway! Everything we needed was available at the cabin while things we forgot were easily accessible at a nearby Walmart. The host was very responsive to questions that we had. We look forward to staying at another time!

Home was clean. Had all the stuff for cooking and eating in. Nice bathrooms. Easily accessible to town and boat ramps. Eat at the Wharf! We came to fish and had a wonderful time! Thanks to Heath!

Location was excellent, but house had some issues. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to assist renter many times.

Very disappointed you gave me a 2 star review without ever calling me and telling me any issues you had. You called and text me about simple issues that i drove 2.5 hours away to resolve and once I got there it wasnt anything wrong. I wish you would reconsider the 2 star review.
