The room was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and well-decorated. The location was perfect. The beach wagon and chairs and umbrella were in great shape and were a big help to us. The YouTube TV was a bonus.

My stay at the Seahorse House was perfect! Audrey was such a great host, so easy to work with. The condo was clean and just the right size for my stay. It was a quick walk to the beach and the weather was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again, the next time I come to visit my daughter.

Couldn’t have had a more perfect place for our short stay in Jacksonville Beach, FL! It was adorable in decor, very clean, lots of extra little details to make us very comfortable there. The hosts were pleasant in all communications, always helpful, and quick to respond. I would 10/10 recommend.

This beautiful studio has everything thing you could need including beach chairs, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen (very organized) all within a couple of short blocks to the beach. The owner provides great information about the area and is responsive to any needs.

Lovely clean condo perfect for one person or a couple. Very comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen. Host was very responsive. One block from beach. 1/2 mile from the pier. Great location. Thank you!

Audrey was the BEST host I have ever dealt with! She was so accommodating and helpful. The rental was very clean and nicely furnished. It's cozy for two people. The location is awesome, just steps to the beach and near shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Audrey for a wonderful stay!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how cute the furnishings were and how clean everything was both are very important of me. If I had any questions about restaurants or anything, she was right there to answer everything for me and was just very sweet. It’s a very, very nice place to stay and very close to Mayo if you need that which is why I was there.

Honeymoon

It’s was amazing definitely would go here again. Really close to the beach and near other places in the area like restaurants and things to do. We went skydiving, to sea world, and spent hrs relaxing on the beach.

We had a wonderful time. So close to the beach and had the ability to walk to great restaurants. The place was clean and quiet. Highly recommend! When we go back to Jacksonville beach, will be back! Thank you!

Excellent getaway

This was a fantastic place to land and enjoy the beach. It is centrally located and is super walkable. The unit is clean and is super cute. Also the bed is phenomenally comfortable.

Quick solo trip before work!

Had the most amazing stay at this property! I wanted a few days to relax on the beach before my work trip began and this was PERFECT! The location couldn’t have been better a block from the beach and less than 10 minute walk to the grocery store. Communication was great and easy check in/check out process. Perfect for a quick get away!
