We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. It was spotless! You couldn’t ask for a more cozy little place. It was convenient to town and the host were super nice. Thanks again for the getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Vogelsang's guest house. The accomodations were immaculate and well decorated. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were provided. Everything we could possibly need was provided.The house was quite close to downtown, but yet very quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

Highly recommend. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The garden was beautiful! I especially loved the hand drawn map to downtown. I was traveling solo and felt very safe and secure. This might sound like I'm romanticizing, but I felt like I stepped into a European hotel room. I look forward to staying here again!

One of the best experiences with a weekend getaway! The space was super cozy, perfectly decorated and stocked with all the necessities to make a quiet getaway feel like home. The hosts are an absolute delight and made sure to be available for any accommodations needed fulfilled during our stay. 100% would love to visit again for a future visit!!

Very cozy little “cottage type” room above garage - beautifully decorated and clean. Ceiling is short - if you are over 6’ you might have a little trouble. Definitely a place we will visit and stay again. Walk to downtown is simple and fun if you go through the park - make sure you go down the giant metal slide!!!

Really cute place. Very comfortable and perfect for what I needed while I was there! Everything was as advertised. Super simple and close to where I needed to be. Would definitely book it again when I’m back in town.

The room was clean and wonderful. Everything we needed very close to plenty of places to eat and shop love to walk in downtown West Jefferson we have stayed previously and loved it just as well.

Devon and Al are tremendous hosts. When it comes to communicating, value and the apartment being clean and inviting, we can say they went beyond excellent. We stayed with them while our home in West Jefferson had some major renovation going on. We couldn’t have made a better choice. We highly recommend Vogelsang to any couple that wants welcoming hosts, a great location and a relaxing place to stay. Should we, or our family, ever need a place to stay in West Jefferson, we’ll be checking Vogelsang first.

Quaint and cozy

Very nice place. Thoroughly enjoyed and walked to town a couple in a 3 day stay Hosts are warm, friendly and we’re extremely accommodating

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Owners are very kind and available to help with any needs. Beautiful surroundings and area seems very safe. Short and easy walk downtown, approximately 5 - 10 minutes. We will stay again when in area.

Great place

This is a great place for a couple to explore downtown West Jefferson. The cottage was immaculate and so cute. The owners are wonderful and we had the pleasure of meeting them. They went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Very tidy and lovely cottage equipped with everything you need. A comfy bed, clean, and smelled so good. Devon and Al are great hosts! We had a great stay!

Perfect location and amazing owners

Devon, Al, and their pup Penny are stellar! They all were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely will be rebooking if we are ever in the area again!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was small but had everything we needed. The owners are extremely nice and recommended several places to eat and visit as well as an ironing board as we were going to a wedding. The room was clean and organized with beautiful views. It was a short walk to town to see all the shops. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone going to West Jefferson.
