I LOVE this place! This is definitely my new go to when I'm in Lansing. Debra and Rick were incredibly friendly and the apartment was clean and quaint and looked better than the pictures on. The property was beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my stay and I'm definitely going back in the future!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Ashe county! Debra is an awesome host. Everything is always so clean and stocked up nicely. We love the private deck too! Thanks so much for sharing.

2nd Stay, Perfect Stay, We will be back

The Upper Room was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. Bed is very comfy and kitchen is well stocked. Debbie and Rick are a delight and always make sure we have everything we need.

We had another wonderful stay here. We just love the private deck! Everything is just as described. If you are leaning on the fence about renting this place, go ahead and give it a try. You will love this place!

Clean & Cozy

I had such a great stay. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The hosts were so friendly and provided everything one might need. The huge deck was a great bonus, I just wish I had more time to sit on it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it, especially if you are a woman traveling alone. I felt very safe here, like staying with family.

We are so glad that we found this rental. Everything is always clean, Hosts are super friendly, and it has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen. There is a keurig and a regular brew coffee maker. Also AC, TV, Grill, and private deck.Thanks
