1. Please read our house rules
2. Check-in guests must share a government-issued ID (for security)
3. Allowing pets, this property is not suitable for extreme cleanliness sticklers.
4. Service area consists of mechanical / storage room in the basement and is locked and off limits for guests
5. Outdoor-only cameras installed for premises safety
6. Noise monitoring is enabled. It does not recognize or store sounds.
Confirmation of your reservation is considered that you agreed and accepted all house rules.

Please be respectful to the premises and the neighbors. We will do our best to resolve any communicated issues ASAP. Use the platform to contact. Call our phone only for emergencies.

1. ID proof of booking guest is mandatory. Booking only for the number of guests and pets in the booking. Nightly price is dependent on the maximum of either actual number of guests AND the number of guests in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.

2. Tampering with any cameras, sensors, locks, extinguishers will lead to cancelation without refund.

3. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children & pets and their following house rules.

4. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. A minimum of 3 times the cleaning fee will be adjudged as a penalty. Smoking only permitted on the front verandah while adhering to the quiet times as listed below.

5. No vehicles, people and pets creating noise or light beams between between 10pm in the night and 7am in the morning. Reservation may be cancelled if this is happening beyond late check-in.

6. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine.

7. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a minimum 2-nightly rate penalty.

8. Commercial vehicles are not permitted.

9. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.

10. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.

11. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.

12. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage.

13. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage.

14. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage.

15. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.

16. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a half-day penalty and past 12 PM will incur a full day penalty. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

17. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.

18. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.

19. Up to 2 pets can be added at the time of the booking which will add the pet fee to the total price. Only then are the pet(s) authorized to stay. Dogs must be less than 50 pounds. Pet fee is set for a single pet and will be double for two pets. If a pet is at the house after not having been pre-informed before check-in, a penalty of double the pet fee per pet will be adjudged.

Accommodating

This host was great. They ensured that the needs of my grandkids were met (playpen, highchair, etc.). Although we were in the city for a very somber occasion our host was incredible.

Family Gathering

This property was perfectly situated on the SW of Edmonton , only 17 minutes to the airport. It has comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of entertainment for a family. Minor things but could use improvement, the oven and oven door need cleaning nit the rest of the kitchen was clean. An addition of a dish rack and kitchen towel would be great for washing delicate wine glasses. In the winter it would be beneficial to have a shovel and sidewalk salt for when it snows heavily. Over all this property is very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The owner was really good at communicating with us.
