Need to improve the cleanliness
Let's get to our first impressions of the apartment: the location is fantastic, very close to the beach and to the liveliest part of Miami. The apartment is well set up and had everything to be perfect, but things weren't quite like that. We were locked out of the apartment for 2 hours because the staff gave us a code that didn’t work. We were exhausted after nearly 24 hours of travel. After all that time, and after trying the two phone numbers they had given us (which no one answered), they finally sent us the correct code — completely different from the first one. The cleanliness left much to be desired. There were many cockroaches throughout the apartment. Some even crawled over us during the night. I know it's not solely the staff's fault and that the neighbors contribute to this, but they kept appearing constantly. The floor, the kitchen drawers, and the cupboards were quite dirty when we arrived. There were leftovers from the previous tenant, such as empty packages, plastic seals, etc. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, even though we were tired from the trip and stressed from the access and code issue. Additionally, the Internet really didn’t work. We had to use our own data plan. The shower, while having a good water flow, had cracks that caused water to spray in all directions and soak the entire bathroom. They had agreed to come by the apartment to check the Internet issue, but never showe
