The Ocean Walk Condominium is a Historic Art Deco Property located on Ocean Drive in the quieter and more exclusive “South of Fifth” Neighborhood.
There are many Positive Reviews of this apartment over the past 10 years on other Vacation Rental Websites.
The Ocean Walk is one of the only reasonably priced, Direct Oceanfront Buildings between 1st and 15th Streets on Ocean Drive and available at a fraction of the cost of neighboring properties.
There is a very nice pool between the building and the beach and a Free Beach Pass for Beach Furniture on the beach. The apartment also provides Two Backpack Style Beach Chairs, Two Beach Towels, + One Beach Umbrella.
The Studio has a Kitchenette with a Full-Size Refrigerator, Combination Air Fryer/Toaster Oven; Microwave, Coffeemaker and most everything else needed for food and drink.
One Queen Bed with a Sealed Mattress…Private Full Bathroom/Walk-in Shower, Reliable/Fast WiFi, Large Flat Screen TV and Dining Table for 2.

Absolutely perfect for a couple looking for an inexpensive place since you rarely are in the room anyway! Right on the beach. Chairs and umbrella were a game changer. Fridge, ice, eating table, and tv with all the apps.

Excellent stay! Come to South Beach every year now for a few years with my boyfriend. Lee was a great host, very accessible. Property was perfect for us, small size just what we needed. The location couldn’t be better right on the beach and the pool was fantastic too. Most importantly, very quiet at night and affordable for everything we got (ie, location on beach, chair/umbrella service, neat and tiday condo).

Excellent location-clean and host handled a few small issues that came up immediately! Beach chairs and umbrella are included. The pool yard was clean and chairs were available. I will definitely be back!

Immediately following the guest departure several updates were made...(Unfortunately we could not make them prior.)
New Stove Top installed...Curtains were replaced with new Black Out Blinds...New Sofa replaced the older one.

Beach life
Location is perfect. Owner was very responsive to an issue we had and is making it right. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect for couple get away
This property was more than expected, the location being in wonderful proximity to everything you’d need in a South beach experience. We enjoyed the pool, and being so close to the beach. Will definitely come here again. Also Lee was great to communicate with!

Great room for the price. Lee was very accessible for any questions and responded promptly. Room was clean. Overall great stay

South Beach

Perfect South Beach Location
We were literally 30 seconds walk to the beach from the condo, it was amazing. Having the kitchenette was also perfect, food on South Beach itself was expensive; so having access to a grocery (about a 12 minute walk) made getting snacks and lunch for the beach easy. We came for our honeymoon, and were not disappointed.
