Outstanding rental property. Every imaginable accessory or item you could possibly need was there. The kitchen was very nicely laid out, the bathroom was better than any hotel I have ever stayed in. The bedroom was nicely designed and bed was very comfortable. Could not have asked for anything else.

Clean, well stocked with everything you need for cooking, cleaning and beyond! Have 2 teenagers and they loved the place…. If that doesn’t tell you something! Definitely worth the stay!!

I was amazed with how accurate the pictures and descriptions were! This home is perfect for a couple (or two) to stay in while visiting the area. Kyle is an amazing host - stepping up when had a slight hiccup with the coffee maker he delivered a new one to the door, along with a treat to apologize for the inconvenience! Totally unexpected! This home has so much that is top of the line - you really are living in luxury here! We stayed for two nights and didn't even get to enjoy all the amenities. I hope to stop back again soon!

We loved everything about it! LOVED the Big Foot and Pennsylvania woods touches, decor. Our Host Kyle was awesome. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends to check Lil Tio out!

This place is absolutely stunning! I have never been in a rental that has been so beautifully decorated and so well stocked. Everything was thought of, from the fire pit for chilly nights, to games for entertainment, to a heated bathroom floor, to brochures on the areas attractions. We went for our mini honeymoon and i didnt want to leave!

Two nights

Spent two nights and the the house was cozy and yet elegant. Perfect for 2 people. Not one issue. All appliances, kitchen and bathroom were a joy. Would stay again.

I stayed here for a week while attending a training, and I can honestly say this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed.Everything was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook, and then some. There were also laundry supplies, toiletries, and so many little extras that made my stay a lot easier. It’s obvious Kyle has put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need.The instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole stay stress-free.After long days of training, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been better. If I could give this property 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Absolutely perfect! Kyle was the perfect host. He was only a phone call away if we needed him, but we didn't have that need to bother him. Everything was perfect! Lil Tio was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to stay to everyone. Thank you Kyle, for our stay.

Lil tio

This is my far the nicest property we've stayed at. It rained all weekend so we were really locked up in the house. No one minded at all. Really nice place. Can't say enough.

Me Time

I work 2 jobs, volunteer regularly, and am constantly on the go. Having a bonus week off of work I decided to book myself a getaway. Lil Tio was the perfect location for that! Lil Tio has a homey and spacious vibe, I felt safe being there by myself the entire time. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful remodel of this building, it has all the high end amenity's of a luxury home in a small package, and if you forget to bring anything ; don't worry it's there at lil tio Their are plenty of things to do and places to eat, We stayed at lil tio for a family reunion and had a great time

Perfect Lil’ Rental

This gorgeous rental is the perfect place to make your outdoor-activity getaway even better! We enjoyed outdoor activities and scenery throughout the area all day then felt completely at home and even pampered when we returned. Lil Tio’s decor is magazine worthy and the furniture is comfortable…best bed we’ve ever had at a rental! We felt completely spoiled by heated bathroom floor and my husband was highly impressed with the bluetooth in the bathroom! As soon as we arrive I knew Kyle thought of everything when I saw umbrellas. Lil Tio is stocked with more than you would even realize you might need. The visitor manual he provides is full of local information and many short day trip ideas, I highly recommend you to visit Lil Tio!
