House was lovely, access to a heated pool in April was a huge plus. Kids loved the pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball and riding in the gulf cart! The screened in porches were also a wonderful feature unique to this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway

Beautiful home and area. Plenty of room and the golf cart was a plus. Great location for seeing the area, and even a nearby Publix store!The management company was so helpful in answering any questions that we had.

Great beach getaway

Great house and location! It’s a short drive to the beach but close to everything! The neighborhood is cute and the house was great. Having a golf cart was a big plus too!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beautifully decorated beach house with Everything you could possibly need for the week. Enjoyed the Convenience of having the golf cart to take to the pool area and also drive to the beach .Plenty Of beds linens and blankets. Enjoy cooking a few meals as well as eating out. Great house!

We loved the house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit to the area. The golf cart was a plus! We didn't have any issues at all during our stay. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Vacation Home!

What a great location for a relaxing vacation! This house is beautiful!! The master suite is a vacation in itself. We had all that we needed and more. The golf cart and bikes made it easy to get around and it was fun! We definitely will be coming back :)

Saltwater Siesta

This was our first time in the 30A area. Nature walk was gorgeous and quiet - even at the pool it was very relaxing. Short golf cart ride to the beach and into Seaside. Overall we enjoyed the location and amenities

Would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed in many houses in this area, and this house was the most well-appointed of any of them. It had absolutely everything you need. This neighborhood is a tiny bit further from the beach or Seaside, but it’s quiet and lovely. The owners communicated before, during, and after our stay and everything was clear. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the perfect place to enjoy the beach!
