Fantastic stay! This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Centrally located to shops, restaurants, and the university. The inside of the home is beautiful, clean, and comes with all the conveniences you'll need. The host is very responsive, kind, and accommodating.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the university and great restaurants. The home was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was such a bonus that it’s pet friendly. We will be back!

Everything was wonderful, place was clean and had everything that you might need. The host was super and responded quickly to any question or request. I would definitely stay her again and recommend this place. It was close to downtown and walking distance to the stadium.

The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed 2 nights for a Gator basketball game. The home was exactly as described, VERY clean and the host was quick to respond. The full kitchen would have been easy to cook food. There were extra items like coffee, laundry pods, and toiletry items. Again, it was CLEAN. We walked to the stadium - it’s a 30 minute (1 mile walk) with kids. One caution is the parking. We drive a big SUV and it would have been a tight fit if others were in the neighboring apartment. Our vehicle would not have turned around in the back if another vehicle was present. Overall, it was great and we’d stay again.

Clean, cute, and convenient

I loved the unit. It was clean, well decorated, and convenient to most things. The host was responsive, helpful, and communicative. The unit was immaculate and the host provided everything one would need to have a good stay. My only cons, are the neighbors and parking. The unit is a duplex and I believe the tenants are college students. They were nice and friendly but they do what college students do. Nothing too wild just noticeable. Parking is available but it's tight and shared with the neighbors. I suggest parking on your side of the unit not in the back. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and would probably stay there again. When it comes to the things within the host's control everything was excellent but there are some cons outside of her control to be aware of. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, cute, updated home then this is the unit to book!

Host communication, check in and check out was great. All issues were addressed quickly. Place was clean and had a great location to midtown and the stadium. I stayed at the next-door unit previously and found that one to be slightly better. There is a yard of parking in the back, that fits up to 5-6 cars, great for a football game since the stadium is 1 mile away. It is a little tight back there and requires attention to surroundings but becomes easy with practice and skill. It is listed as having 3 bedrooms, but it really has 2 bedrooms and a large living area. It can sleep 6-7 adults since the couch sleeps 3. The place was fully equipped and had new clean linens and towels. Publix is walking distance. It is pet friendly but had no odors. The area safety was questionable. Since my last visit, a house was under construction next door. Gainesville has a large, unhoused population and there were a couple of squatters living next door that were arrested on day 2 of our stay. There was an alley near the house that had 2 dicey characters camping there at night as well. Although the house was very nice, the immediate area has declined greatly in the last year and should be avoided at night. I would recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, price and host, but with a warning to avoid going for strolls after dark.
