If you are looking to stay near UF campus, this place really fits the bill. Less than a minute from Campus, these wonderful hosts run a good operation, with well documented instructions, helpful information, and superb communication.

The home was very clean and the location was very close to our son's college home so very convenient for us! Communication was great and it was all smooth and simple. My son is graduating, but we'd stay here again if we came to town again.

Excellent stay!

Perfect stay for my family in town for a softball tournament. Owners were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Home was very clean and well kept!

Great weekend in Gainesville

Always great staying at this home in Gainesville. From nature parks to springs to Gator sports and UF campus, everything is close by and easy. We love this place!

Beautiful place, confortable, quite neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was my son’s graduation and we as a family wanted to spend quality time together. We loved the outdoor and will come back again!

Charming & Comfortable

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was even nicer in person, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of being so close to UF. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our girls weekend in this home and would definitely stay again. The location is super convenient and location is in a nice, quiet residential area. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The cookie delivery was a really nice touch. Thanks again to the hosts!

Our stay in Gainesville

This was a nice home and property. My Mom and I come once a year to visit my Aunt and always rent a house. Unfortunately, this trip, we both ended up with the flu during our stay. However, we appreciated having a beautiful property to stay on and enjoyed as much as we could given the circumstances.

Great house for quick UF visit

This is an older house but was a beautifully decorated. Property was close to UF which is exactly what we were looking for to visit our son. Rooms were a great size. Only downfall is the main bath was very small and no counter space.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect for our trip, as it is very close to the University of Florida, which was ideal since my nephew was attending orientation. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe.The house itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with a modern, welcoming style. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks, bottled water, and coffee machine. The bedrooms were spotless, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The beds were also very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.There was ample parking available, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio. The home felt cozy and inviting, and it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this property to others visiting the Gainesville area.

Graduation get away

Perfect location to stay for our sons UF Grad With family for a few nights and close to his rental house also. Very clean, just as pictured with all necessities and even Alexa to play music. Small, but just enough for what we needed. Thank you

Baughman Wedding stay

I got married at the Baughman Center and my bridesmaid and I stayed here. The Baughman center was 5 minutes away with morning traffic. It was a great stay. Very detailed and quaint property. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Great stay in Gainesville!

We had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend! This charming home is conveniently located to the University of Florida, and there is also a Publix within walking distance. The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished including a desk in the master BR and an outdoor patio. We appreciated the driveway for parking. Very quiet home. Marlon was communicative during our stay, and we appreciated the welcome snacks.
