Treehouse Duo | Lakefront • 2 Private Hot Tubs
Summary:
Escape to Treehouse Duo — two private treehouses nestled in the trees along Belgrade Stream. Soak in your own hot tubs under the stars, paddle the peaceful waters, or share fireside laughter at sunset. With full kitchens, cozy fireplaces, and the lake just steps away, Treehouse Duo is a place for families, couples, and friends to slow down, reconnect, and create memories that linger long after you leave.
The Space:
At Treehouse Duo, two private hideaways — SkyView and MoonLight — are yours to explore, nestled in the trees along the quiet shores of Belgrade Stream.
Step inside SkyView and you’ll find warm wood beams, a cozy queen bed downstairs, and a second queen bed tucked into the loft above. The full kitchen, with its cheerful vintage-style appliances, invites you to cook slow, homey meals, while the spiral staircase adds a playful, storybook charm. Just beyond the French doors, your private hot tub awaits — the perfect place to soak under the stars.
MoonLight, just steps away, feels like a rustic dream — rich wood floors, a grand king-size bed downstairs, and a cozy queen loft above. The kitchen here is dark and elegant, with open shelving and deep wood counters made for morning coffee rituals and late-night glasses of wine. Curl up by the stone fireplace, share laughter around the farmhouse table, and let the days unfold at their own sweet pace.
Both treehouses offer their own full kitchens, private hot tubs, firepits, gas fireplaces, and thoughtful details like Roku TVs, Wi-Fi, and year-round heating and cooling.
Outside, a winding stone path leads you to the water’s edge, where kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes are waiting for quiet adventures on the stream. Sunsets paint the sky in gold and rose, and the only sounds you’ll hear are the breeze through the trees and the gentle splash of water against the dock.
Treehouse Duo isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to reconnect, to slow down, to breathe in the magic of nature and each other.
Guest Access:
At Treehouse Duo, you’ll have exclusive access to both SkyView and MoonLight — two private treehouses, two private decks, and two private hot tubs, all tucked into your own little corner of the woods.
Each treehouse has its own full kitchen, cozy living space with a gas fireplace, private bathroom, and outdoor firepit perfect for evenings under the stars.
Down by the water’s edge, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are waiting for quiet mornings on the stream. The private dock is perfect for fishing, launching an adventure, or simply sitting with your feet in the water, watching the sunset melt into the trees.
Parking is easy, with two dedicated spots for each treehouse just steps away.
Everything you see — the treehouses, the decks, the waterfront, the firepits, the paths through the trees — is yours and yours alone to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
The Belgrade Lakes are in the heart of the Kennebec Valley Region, which includes a chain of seven lakes and ponds. Messalonskee Lake covers 3,510 acres with a depth of 113 feet. Best known for largemouth bass, northern pike, and landlocked salmon. In the Belgrade Lakes Region, visitors enjoy the beauty of Maine, charming downtown Belgrade, award-winning dining, shopping, and fishing for landlocked salmon, Brook Trout, Northern Pike, and Large and Smallmouth Bass. Additionally, ice fishing is allowed in the ponds in the Belgrade Lakes. Each lake has special regulations. Be sure to consult the Open Water & Ice Fishing Laws & Rules for specifics. The Belgrade Lakes are located just a few miles from Interstate 95 in the Augusta/Waterville area.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy and relaxed here.
You’ll have direct access to the stream just steps from your treehouses — perfect for morning paddles, lazy afternoons by the dock, or sunset fishing trips.
The village of Belgrade is just a short drive away, offering cozy cafés, markets, and lakeside dining. For even more local flavor, the town of Hallowell is about 20 minutes away — a lively, artsy riverfront village filled with galleries, shops, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Augusta and Waterville are also nearby if you’re in the mood for a bigger day trip, but most guests find everything they need right here by the water.
Other Things to Note:
Treehouse Duo is part of a small, family-owned property that includes the two treehouses (SkyView and MoonLight), the Sunset Chalet, and the main house where we live.
While the treehouses are nestled side-by-side, each one is thoughtfully positioned to offer privacy and a sense of quiet escape. Your decks, hot tubs, fire pits, and waterfront area are for your private use during your stay.
Pontoon Boat Available:
From May through October, guests are welcome to rent our 22-foot pontoon boat for a relaxing cruise on the lake. The rental rate is $299 per day, and the boat comes fully equipped with all required safety gear.
Just send us a quick message to check availability — rentals are first come, first served.
Pets welcome: We love dogs and understand they’re part of the family. There’s a $195 pet fee, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture, are picked up after, and avoid the shared back lawn area.
Interaction with Guests:
We’re always just a message away.
If you have any questions, need recommendations, or simply want a little guidance during your stay, we’re here and happy to help.

Acerca del anfitrión
Anfitrión: Feras Alkurabi

I grew up in the heart of the city, surrounded by buildings, traffic, and a constant buzz of activity. Nature wasn’t part of my everyday life — it was something distant, something I only saw in postcards or movies. It wasn’t until much later that I truly discovered the peace, simplicity, and grounding beauty of the natural world. That discovery changed everything.
Hosting became my way of sharing that experience with others — to give people a chance to slow down, reconnect with the outdoors, and savor quiet moments they don’t get enough of in their daily lives. I now manage a collection of unique lakefront properties throughout Maine, and every one of them is designed with thoughtfulness, comfort, and charm. Whether it’s waking up to the sound of loons, soaking in a private hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoying coffee by the water, I want each guest to leave feeling more rested, more inspired, and more connected — to nature, to each other, and even to themselves.
This work is deeply personal to me. I pour my heart into every property and every guest experience. From the layout and design to the small details that make a stay memorable, I want people to feel cared for and at home. For me, hosting is about creating spaces where guests feel welcome, appreciated, and surrounded by beauty. It’s about giving others the kind of escape I never knew I needed — until I found it for myself.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
The Belgrade Lakes area is one of Maine’s most beloved regions, and for good reason. We chose this neighborhood because it captures everything we wanted to offer in a lakeside retreat: true peace, timeless natural beauty, and direct access to some of the state’s most scenic and sought-after lakes — including Great Pond, Belgrade Stream, and Messalonskee Lake.
Our properties here sit right on the water — not nearby, not across the street — directly on the shoreline, with sweeping lake views, private docks, and immediate access to swimming, paddling, or just enjoying the quiet from a deck or hammock. There’s a sense of stillness in Belgrade you can’t describe until you experience it. The water is calm, wildlife is everywhere — from loons and herons to deer and the occasional eagle — and the sunsets are unforgettable.
We also love that this area offers a perfect balance: you’re surrounded by nature, yet just a short drive from great restaurants, local shops, farmer’s markets, and trails. The Belgrade Lakes village is charming and authentic, with a strong community feel and a slower pace that makes everything feel more personal.
We chose this neighborhood because it allows guests to truly unplug, recharge, and feel like they’re part of something special — not just on vacation, but immersed in the quiet, natural rhythm of Maine lake life.
