Our first ever time seeing the ocean as a family of 5 and it was a success. Would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a clean & cozy environment. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

We loved that it was in between the pensacola area and the navarre beaches. so convenient, and so spacious. Just what was needed for a relaxing and fun spring break getaway!

We loved the house. It’s gorgeous! Comfortable beds! Quiet area, not a far drive from the beach. The owner was super accommodating and great with communication. We’d love to come again!

The host was very communicative and accommodating. Bed was soft and comfortable. Only complaint is there was a lot of noise from ambulances and police sirens every night as it’s near a main thoroughfare which can’t be helped. Would recommend bringing a sleep mask and earplugs for the stay.

This is an eye appealing home filled with lots of new trinkets. Comfortable beds were certainly a plus. Unfortunately we did come across some negatives.The placement of the home is RIGHT next to businesses that get their trash picked up before sunrise. It’s also right in front of a stop light which will have residents flying through with their trailers slamming over the bumps in the road and then blaring their music to where it would vibrate the entire home while they waited at the light. Our first night we were woken up at 4:40am because someone wanted to blast their base in their car.There were also a few spots with loose screws. Bathroom shower nozzle, front door, and the cabinet by the refrigerator. The bathroom door was also scraping the floor until we realized you had to lift it some because the screws needed to be tightened. We babied and documented everything to make sure nothing got worse.All in all, for a temporary stay this was not bad at all. Matter of fact, we still really enjoyed our stay. Great communication, clean, plenty of amenities, 17 mins to Pensacola beach and a straight shot to Joe Patti’s. We would 100% recommend this to others who are okay with city living.

This was a perfect place for our family of four. There was plenty of room for everyone! Only 15 minutes to the beach and minutes from downtown. We were able to walk to get groceries, coffee, etc. Having a washer and dryer is such a game changer, especially since we couldn’t take much on our flight. We would certainly stay again and recommend to families looking for beach-friendly space!
