Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Cozy Cottage is an adorable 2-bed, 1-bath, garage apartment set up for the perfect getaway, work trip, or even beach vacay! The cozy cottage is 15 minutes to our beautiful white sand beaches and mere minutes to central downtown. Very convenient to the Pensacola Bay center as well.

Cottage was as advertised! Close to everything and it had everything we needed and more. Way better option for our family than a hotel room. Would recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Cozy Cottage was perfect for us as we wanted to be intown. We were close to great restaurants, downtown historic area, the port, and just a short drive to the Naval Air Museum.The cottage had everything you needed where you needed it, like lightning, shelves, hooks, linens, ceiling fans, kitchens supplies, and very clean. The A/C was cold, bed very comfortable, and huge deck to sit outside. All this and the historic nature of the cottage was preserved. The neighborhood surrounding the cottage is beautiful homes of all sizes and ages. Good walking. We will be back!

It really is a “cozy” cottage! Perfect place for a couple or 3-4 member family. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and nice, hot shower.

A great getaway

This location was perfect for what we needed as a family. Close to the beach and forts as well as historic downtown Pensacola and grocery stores. Enjoyed the coziness of the location.

Jonathan was very responsive to our questions and graciously accommodated an early check-in. The space was ideal for our group of three—cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped and functional. The large deck off the living room provided a perfect space for relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, making it easy to walk to the Ice Flyers stadium and Seville Quarter. One area for potential improvement would be updating the bathtub.

Cozy and affordable

This house was such a cute and cozy little place to stay. It is perfectly located and the host provides towels and umbrella’s if the beach is where you are headed. The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely somewhere we would stay again when we head that way.
