Central Waikiki Studio in the Marine Surf Building. 2 Full-Size Beds. The unit has City Views and includes a Kitchenette, WiFi, TV, Window AC, and many more. For laundry needs, a Card-Operated Washer and Dryer are on the same floor. Guests can also enjoy the Swimming Pool on the 4th Floor.

Welcome to your retreat in the heart of Waikiki! This studio unit offers 2 x Full Beds and a rare feature in this area—a dedicated/assigned Parking Stall for a compact car (maximum height 6'2").

With a brand-new Window AC installed in February 2023, you’ll stay cool throughout your visit. The Bathroom includes a vanity area and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A kitchenette provides everything you need for preparing light meals, and with Cable TV and Internet by Spectrum, entertainment is always at your fingertips.

Step out onto the Lanai for views of the very lively streets and bustling busy city below. The swimming pool on the fourth floor is perfect for a refreshing dip. Laundry machines operated with a card system, are located on every floor, including yours.

Just a stone's throw away, you’ll find Aloha Steak House right downstairs, serving dinner and drinks for effortless dining.

ABC Stores and McDonalds/Mickey D's are convenient, low-key options nearby. The new Waikiki Market, which opened in early 2023, offers a wide selection of produce, food items, and groceries.

The Kuhio Ave + Seaside Ave bus stop (Stop ID 26) is just steps away, providing easy transportation across Honolulu.

From the moment you Check-In at 3 PM until Check-Out at 10 AM, you’ll have Exclusive, Private Use of the Entire Unit with no shared facilities. Your stay includes One Assigned Parking Space in the Marine Surf Parking Garage (Maximum Vehicle Height: 6'2").

Please note, the Parking Structure Entrance is marked with a 6'2" Height Limit, and oversized vehicles exceeding this limit will not be allowed entry. Kindly ensure your vehicle remains within the boundaries of your Designated Parking Space at all times.

This apartment is located in a wonderfully lively area of Waikiki with great nightlife. There is noise associated with multi-unit urban living and the unit is not soundproof. If you are an especially light sleeper or value quiet over location, we may not be a good fit for you. Please consider this first before making the booking.
- No Food, No Eating on the Bed.

- Check-in at 3:00 pm, Check-out at 10:00 am

- Signed guest Registration is mandatory in the building. Only registered guests may stay.

- Please remove shoes when inside the unit to keep the sand and dirt away.

- Take out trash daily because it attracts insects.

- Keep noise level to minimum especially on Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) or we will get house rule violation ranging $50-450 penalty from AOAO.

- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.

- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.

- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.

- We will charge extra fees for: Lost/Late return of FOB; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens and Bedding

- Please treat my home as if it were your own.
