The entrance has the 6'2" height limited sign displayed. Oversized/Vehicles exceeding this height will not be permitted to enter the Parking Garage. Also, kindly ensure your vehicle remains within the boundaries of your Designated Parking Space only.

This apartment is located in a wonderfully lively area of Waikiki with great nightlife. There is noise associated with multi-unit urban living and the unit is not soundproof. If you are an especially light sleeper or value quiet over location, we may not be a good fit for you. Please consider this first before making the booking.
- Check-in at 3:00 pm, Check-out at 10:00 am
- Guest Registration is mandatory in the building. Only registered guests may stay.
- Please remove shoes when inside the unit to keep the sand and dirt away.
- Take out trash daily because it attracts insects.
- Keep noise level to minimum especially on Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) or we will get a house rule violation.
- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.
- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.
- We will charge extra fees for: Lost/Late return of FOB; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens and Bedding
- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.
- Please treat my home as if it were your own.
