📌 Important Info Before You Book
❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.
🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home. A $200 penalty applies if evidence is found.
🐾 No Pets Allowed: A $500 fee will apply for unpermitted pets.
🧴 What’s Provided? Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) are included. Guests must bring their own additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, and dish soap.
🌡 No A/C (Mountain breezes keep it cool in warmer months!)
🔥 Main Floor Fireplace is non-functional.
🚗 Parking: Park only in the gravel area (2-3 cars max). No parking in the grass.
