We have two daughters at UTampa so this property gives us an opportunity to visit as much as possible and we love sharing it with others to enjoy also! Our home is right on the line of Holiday and Tarpon Springs. We love being on the Anclote River and being just a short drive to Tarpon Spring, Dunedin, New Port Richey or Trinity! We fly into PIE - in Clearwater and can be at our home in 30 mins.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Our property has an amazing view which offers sunrise and sunsets. Birds, manatees, dolphin and some gators love to visit. We also enjoy the little smash burger food trailer one street over. You will find lots of peace and quiet on the River. A couple of my favorite activities are watching Saturday College Football in the pool overlooking the Anclote and being able to visit the Gulf islands for shelling!
