Tucked away in the peaceful enclave of Seagrove, this enchanting townhome invites you to embrace the essence of coastal living combined with modern amenities. Situated in the sought-after 30A Townhomes community, Blakeside is a tranquil escape where the soothing sounds of the ocean and the gentle sway of palm trees create an idyllic backdrop. With its prime location, you're within a leisurely stroll to local shops, delightful eateries, and the pristine Gulf shores, all while enjoying a serene and less crowded stretch of 30A.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

No stay at in this community is complete without time spent on the nearby Gulf of Mexico’s stunning beaches. Just a short distance away, the sugar-white sands and clear blue waters beckon you to spend your days soaking in the sun, splashing in the waves, or enjoying peaceful walks along the shoreline. With its unbeatable location, upscale amenities, and inviting charm, this home serves as the ultimate retreat for those looking to experience the best of the Emerald Coast.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom two-story townhome features:

Second Floor King Suite: Features a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
First Floor King Guest Room: Offers private patio access and easy hallway access to a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
First Floor Guest Room: Accommodates three guests with a twin and queen bed, private access to the patio, and shared bath access.
Bunk Area: Situated in the first-floor hallway, this area sleeps two in a twin-over-twin bunk, with a barn door for privacy.
Second Floor Powder Room: Easily accessible for guests.
The entrance area is on the ground floor; a laundry closet equipped with a washer and dryer is also conveniently located on the first floor.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 9 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and light-filled living area on the second floor, thoughtfully decorated with beach-inspired touches that give a sense of relaxation. This welcoming space is designed for comfort, offering comfortable seating bathed in natural light from large windows that frame your view of the surrounding landscape. Step outside to the private patio to savor the coastal breeze or unwind indoors where every detail has been carefully ensured to enhance your stay.

The heart of Blakeside is its beautifully designed kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances and ample counter space to inspire your inner chef. Whether you’re crafting a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen provides all you need to make cooking a breeze. Dine under the stars on the balcony or gather around the indoor table to share meals and create lasting memories with family and friends.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of the townhome’s inviting bedrooms, each meticulously designed for comfort. With plush, luxurious bedding, these restful havens ensure a perfect night’s sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for whatever adventures the day brings.

Blakeside’s standout features extend beyond its walls, with amenities designed to elevate your experience. The community pool, visible and accessible just a few steps away, offers a perfect spot for relaxation, whether you’re taking a dip on a hot afternoon or lounging poolside with a good book.

Inside, the second-floor main living area boasts a Smart TV and a chic built-in credenza with a beverage fridge. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that comfortably seats six. A covered balcony, outfitted with cushioned seating and an outdoor dining table, provides a picturesque view of the community pool. On the first floor, a covered patio equipped with lounge chairs and a ceiling fan offers a perfect spot to relax, regardless of the season.

Parking:

The property provides parking for 2 vehicles, with strict restrictions on RVs, trailers, and street parking. Our driveway accommodates two standard family vehicles.

Overflow parking is available at the storage facility behind 30A Townhomes, but you’ll need a permit from their office. Please note the parking lot in front of 30A Townhomes does not belong to this community; in accordance with posted signage, any unauthorized vehicles parked there will be towed.

Other details to note:

The HOA frowns on parking trailers in the driveway. However, the storage place behind our facility does have room to park a trailer. If you have a trailer: go to the office at the storage place and secure a complimentary ticket proving that have approval to park there.

Garbage collection occurs on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Kindly place the trash can outside the night before and promptly retrieve it after pick-up. Avoid leaving the trash cans on the street, as it will result in a $100 fine.

For reservations of 10 days or longer, at least one mid-stay cleaning is mandatory and included in your booking, with additional cleaning services available for an extra fee.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
