Let Hacienda del Sol II Unit 306 be your vacation home! The comfortable living room has a new sleeper sofa and love seat, as well as access to the balcony with a dazzling view of the pool and Atlantic coast. If cooking doesn't take you out of relaxation mode, you'll love preparing meals as the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all the utensils you could need. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom, and two double beds and a TV in the second bedroom. New blankets and linens are provided. If you're working remote, set up your home office at the new desk that's equipped with a plug-in monitor and printer. When you're not enjoying the sand and waves, compete against your loved ones with the board games and video games that are provided for family fun. There are two laundry rooms on each floor!

Please note that the complex stairs are damaged due to Hurricane Ian. Guests can use the public beach access 150 feet south of the complex.

The common areas at Hacienda del Sol II are superb. As a guest here, you have access to the clubhouse with a kitchen and a full bath! The awesome sun deck which stretches out to the beach sets this complex apart. You can grill out on the deck while you enjoy the sounds of the surf.

No parking problems at Hacienda del Sol II. No codes to get in and out of the building. No need to pack or purchase beach toys when you stay at this complex. There is a storage closet in the west laundry room where the beach supplies are kept. There is also a shed, where the beach chairs, boogie boards, and skim boards are kept. No pets.

Hacienda del Sol is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. New Smyrna is a quiet seaside retreat located on the southern mouth of Ponce de Leon Inlet along Florida's east central coast. A small historic city nestled amidst 13.2 miles of beautiful beach shoreline, the area truly has something for everyone.

Imagine spending your days beachcombing, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, flats fishing, sailing, golfing, or biking along the beach. The Indian River Intracoastal Waterway is just a few miles away and offers scuba diving excursions, boat rentals, and even daytime cruises! Just south of New Smyrna, the 21.5 mile long, 3.5 mile wide Mosquito Lagoon is one of the Southeast's most abundant fishing areas where redfish, flounder, black grouper, and speckled trout abound. New Smryna is also a prime surfing destination and has played host to numerous American Surfing Professional competitions. Simultaneously protecting beach goers and nesting sea turtles, the City of New Smyrna Beach closely monitors beach traffic. New Smyrna Beach is a nesting ground for these giant sea turtles, and Florida's loggerhead population is the largest in the nation.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
