Room had an ocean view. Pool was nice. Beach was nice. Building was quiet. Garage was convenient. Could walk to shops and resturants. Hope to return!

The view of the beach was gorgeous! Code that was given to access the beach did not work, thankfully my parents were staying and had gotten the correct code from who they rented from. Requested a parking pass, because our car wouldn’t fit in the garage with the storage on top. Host stated they would bring a parking pass, never did. When air was reset at the building, host never notified that the air was going down and would have to be reset by the guest. My husband thankfully is handy and figured that out himself. Location was great. The other people there were very friendly. Would stay at The Golden Arms again, just not with this particular host.

This unit is exactly as pictured. It was steps from the beach, very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The only problem that we had was that the entire complex was under construction. They had recently re-keyed the building, and the code sent to us for check-in did not work. Luckily, some residents let us in the building, and we were able to find our key fob on the countertop within the unit. There was construction noise during the work week, which made it less an ideal, but overall the experience was wonderful.

Could not open doors/windows to air out condo without being faced with a fine. Place was musty smelling and felt constantly damp. Not allowed to set air conditioning below 74 so it didn’t run. Although one day when it finally kicked on it smelled so bad that we shut it off. Was not impressed with cleanliness, counter tops were gritty. We were very upset that we were in the ocean and couldn’t enjoy the breeze or sound of the waves

Beautiful area and great condo for a fun family vacation

This condo was plan B for a vacation thrown together in 3 days and I’m so glad this is where we stayed. I can’t believe it was available on short notice. Excellent location to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, beach within steps, bicycle rental, and 7-11 for slurpees. Condo was clean, spacious, furnished with all the essentials we needed for kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and plenty of beach towels. Pool was warm, lots of space on the beach, and the balcony was a favorite hangout for my family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. My boys especially enjoyed watching all the vehicles driving on the beach. Sunrise view in the morning and sunset view in the evening from the other side. Laundry available just down the hall. We made most meals in the condo but went to Breakers for dinner, Beacon for breakfast (both delicious) and rented traditional bikes and e-bikes from Flaunt. The bikes in the garage are not for renters. We did beach and city riding, very friendly biking community. Day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Kart Center, and Airboat and Gator Charters in De Leon. Garage parking available, easy in and out of condo with keypads and wrist keys for pool/beach access. Some beach amenities in closet, a small cooler and pool noodles. There are beach chairs in the garage but not for renters use. There’s shuffleboard and a putting green on property, but no equipment for renters to use them, was sad to see them go unused for a whole week but we stayed busy doing all the other fun things around us. The things not available to us were not listed as amenities, everything was as described, just would have been awesome bonuses to experience. We would definitely stay here again and so happy our plan B vacation felt more like a plan A.

The location was great,the view was great. The condo is very outdated for the price,the only thing new was kitchen appliances, everything thing else looked all original. The shower had old rust stains and shower rods were all rusty and the counter tops and cabinets were all old and all the cook wear was absolutely garbage and was not stocked well and none of the information in the welcome book was correct all outdated.
