After our initial reservation/property was cancelled due to unplanned construction, the management company helped us find this property. Absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so very helpful. The condo itself? 11 stars out of 10 easily! We’ll be back!!! Thank you!

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The location and view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. It could use a current refresh as decor was dated and if you like a hard bed then these were for you.

Great oceanfront condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed down to beach chairs and boogie boards. The common areas and pool were clean and well maintained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The large balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Good location, comfortable living

We came in the coldest time of the year January. We spent a lot of time inside. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Loved the view

Our group of five (ages 11 to 70+) had a lovely time. Our favorite part was watching the sun set from the 4th floor patio. We had stayed in the building previously -- think this was our favorite unit.

Perfect view

Overall enjoyed the stay but the unit needs a serious deep cleaning. New linens and towels are a must. Short walk to a super clean beach made the stay enjoyable.

Get away Florida residents

The condo was very nice, we especially enjoyed the large balcony. There are a few updates the condo needs but all in all the location, view & ease of check-in was GREAT!! We have been to NSB many times & would definitely come back to this condo.

Hacienda Del Sol II 413

Excellent location - views of the beach from the balcony were outstanding. High top table and chairs a plus for unobstructed views. Condo had everything we needed. Sundeck was definitely a plus for the view as well. Location was great; close to shopping and restaurants.

Would rent again

We really enjoyed our week in this condo! For the most part it was clean (floors were not clean). Very well equipped with everything you would need. The view is amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

The view was incredible. The kitchen was great. The master bedroom was excellent. The balcony was the best I’ve ever seen/size and table with 4 chairs was excellent

Very nice accomodations

The condo was exactly as advertised with stunning views. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, towels and beach equipment. Only disappointment is that we didn't book our entire trip in this condo (shame on us). Will definitely book here again if we get back to this area. A

Just what we were looking for

Property was exactly as advertised! Great location in New Smyrna. Small complex so there weren’t people everywhere which is what we love. Kitchen was well appointed. Nice pool. Great spot on the beach to walk!

Beach Trip

AC broken until final day, living room ceiling fan and light did not work. Location, facility, and parking are nice. Great beach and pool access. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Beach chairs and toys provided.

Outstanding view

Property had well-equipped kitchen, TV’s, beach accessories (which was a nice surprise). One deception, however: our pillow cases had stains, which were mentioned at the office but it was not remedied to so we covered them with sheets.

Clean and comfortable condo!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We greatly appreciated the walk in shower and higher toilets. When I called about a Keurig being available I was told there was not one available but we found one in the cabinet which was a plus. The balcony furniture was extremely comfortable too. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Quiet and well maintained complex.

The sound of crashing waves brings peace to my soul.

Spectacular views of ocean. Lovely to have unrestricted outlook of the beach. Comfortable and well equipped. Great WiFi and TV. Clean facility. Nice heated pool and deck area. Well maintained and clean property. Nice to have washer and dryer in the condo. Stephanie of the management company was super helpful. Wish I had brought a bicycle.
