Wine Country Getaway
A generous room (500 sf.) attached to our family home, yet very privet, 2 shared wall. Unit has its own entrance, private bathroom, walk-in closet and kitchenette. Flat screen smart t.v., High Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), Comcast, Amazon prime, King size bed, sofa bed, queen air mattress for extra guest (available upon request) kitchenette; microwave, bar, fridge, coffeepot.
We are located in the heart of the Carneros region of the Sonoma and Napa Ideally located;
4 miles from Sonoma Raceway,
2 miles from Cornerstone,
4 miles to Sonoma Plaza (fabulous restaurants, easy access to spa's, the wine country & wine tasting),
15 minutes from downtown Napa and near Hwy 121 & Hwy 12. Unit has mountains view. Located on 2.5 quiet acres perfect for walking, running and bicycling.
Very low traffic density.

Unit has both Vineyards & Mountains view. At night you'll see lots of stars and beautiful view of the moon. This Spanish style charming farm house, is beautifully landscaped and home to many varieties of birds. There is a very popular restaurant for breakfast/lunch (Fremont Diner) and few wineries within walking distance. 45 minutes from San Francisco. You will love the relaxation and the peace of mind after a long day of activities.

Wine Country Getaway

This place is perfect for a couple visiting the vineyards of Sonoma & Napa. Situated between the 2 cities, no vineyard was more thana 1/2 hour drive. Our host, Beth, was a delight & offered several good suggestions for our visit. We will be happy to return here when visiting the area.

I really enjoyed the space Beth created, cozy and relaxing. She was a great host, calm and comfortable, ready to provide assistance without being anxious or overbearing. Definitely a great landing space for a trip to Sonoma.

Home Base

Charming location in the Carneros Wine Region, just minutes from Napa. Peaceful, spacious room and private bath with a great shower. Nice to come back to each day after our adventures. Host was always quick to respond and accommodated a special request. Perfect home base for our trip. Thank you! We will see you again.

A great option for the area

My sister and I found Beth's property to be a terrific alternative to the hotels in the Sonoma area. Besides the reasonable price, the property boasts a good location, comfortable beds (both the main bed and the fold-out sofa), and a variety of appliances that, while not an actual kitchen, enabled us to prepare some of our own meals. When one minor problem arose (regarding bed linens), Beth helped us out quickly. Communication was excellent.

Friendly and attentive

Beth was extremely attentive and helped me confirm my booking when VRBO’s site was down. She met us when we arrived to ensure everything is as we expected and showed us where and how to cut grapes. The room was comfortable and as advertised.

E-I- E-I-Oh. Great Stay on the Farm!

Beautiful setting in the farmland and vineyards outside Sonoma. Beth is a great host, and this is the perfect basecamp for the wine country and the Bay Area. Sonoma is not as crowded as Napa, and fun activities at the square in Sonoma (had Mexican Independence fiesta and Farmer’s Market while here). Fed Beth’s sheep and played with two of the friendliest cats ever. Very quiet and relaxing setting and avoids the hustle and bustle of a hotel. Highly recommended!!!

True Wine Country Getaway!

Beth (host) is extremely welcoming and gracious. The room was clean, filled with amenities, and the outdoor sitting area with the garden view was a plus! The sheep, especially the baby, along with the chickens made us really feel like we got away and had that true Sonoma feeling. It felt like all of the wedding activities were less than 15 minutes away. Perfect location!

Stupendous Sonoma

We were lucky to find not only a wonderful location but a fabulous host. Beth greeted us and was able to assist when necessary. The house was exactly as presented, fully equipped beyond our needs. We were there for a family gathering and then for a vacation which meant a few “ moving parts” all of which were easily accommodated by the location. It is close to highways, wineries and many dining options while retaining a quiet, country atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our quiet time spent at the house.

A lovely, quiet stay in the country!

We liked that the place is on a quiet country road, away from the bustle of Sonoma. It was easy to bring our take-out back to the room and sit on the porch, watching the sunset on the hills from our table... so the quiet, the nature, meeting the cats and chatting with Beth, who is totally great, is much more fun for us than sitting in a restaurant! The room is comfortable and very home-y, we felt right at home. Everything that we could need was right there for us. The nice big king size bed is wonderful and cozy! The futon is a good firm bed. It was easy for our family to cuddle and watch our current favorite show on the big bed. The bath-tub is super deep, which is a treat for bath lovers! We slept well and it was a relaxing place to come back to at the end of a long day. We'll definitely come back if we're in the area! Thank you, Beth!

The Wine Life with my Wife

Our flights were delayed - but when we arrived (2am) everything was as expected as we dropped into the MOST comfortable bed to sleep like the dead! Great big Bath - his and her showerheads we enjoyed our stay very much. Beth was both respectful of our space, and engaging and helpful as we searched for local experiences.

Wine country wedding

Host is great! Location is good to explore Sonoma, Napa, & Petaluma with short drives. It does get hot in Sonoma (we were there over July 4th weekend). One of the units did not have air conditioning. The several fans and leaving the door open with screen closed was sufficient because it does cool down nicely at night.

Great experience

My husband and I went out to Sonoma for a wedding. This location is in a perfect place in between Sonoma and Napa. Everything was very clean and organized in the unit. Cleaning requirements were very minimal to leave. We ran into Beth a few times and she was extremely nice and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay at her place again if we were to return.
