This is my second stay here during the Tennessee Craft art show at Centennial park. It’s convenient, quiet, comfortable, has covered, off the street parking. There are restaurants in walking distance nearby.

Host was very friendly and responsive. It was a great location and had everything we needed. A few items needed repair and we think the cleaning process was interrupted because the kitchen floor was not cleaned (had beads from a bracelet strewn about). Everything else was in great shape.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days in July. The loft was extremely clean and well-furnished. The host responded to all of our messages almost immediately as well. The loft was in a great location, walkable to Centennial park, a coffee shop, some great restaurants, and a bar with live music every night. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quaint condo in a nice area with several convenient features including dining options, short walk to Vanderbilt and tourist attractions (although the Parthenon was temporarily closed during my stay). The room was clean, well conditioned, and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and dishes.
