Everything was just as described and very well kept. Larry was always quick to reply and very accommodating! It was perfect for my family and would recommend for any family of four. Thank you and I’m sure we will stay again soon!

Great Vacation

The property quiet, clean and very nice! We really enjoyed having access to the water and how quiet the neighborhood is. Great place for a relaxing getaway! We had a great time relaxing as a family, we will stay here again!!

This home was great. It's much better than the pictures. It had everything we needed. Loved that we could fish from back of home. Stairs only have 12 steps to get into home so access was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Very charming place, clean and quiet community. Fishing from the deck caught a nice cat fish and other smaller fish. 10 out 10 recommend

The host was very responsive. He even came out to the house late in the night because we were concerned about the smell of gas. Apparently there was a mower that leaked in the garage & with the house not being opened the smell rose into the house. Other than that smell, the house was PERFECT & we greatly appreciated the host hospitality & prompt responses. We would love to stay here again & highly recommend it.

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised! Our son loved fishing. Catching trout and redfish. We also caught a giant black drum as well. View was great and neighborhood was quit and friendly. The house was clean and comfortable. Larry the host was always quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time this weekend! My youngest son caught so many fish! And such a variety of fish! Great place right by the water. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. They do have TV’s in each room and living room but we never turned them on. A very quiet and calm neighborhood. A great time with my brother and my sons. We will definitely be back. -Gomez Boys

Weekend getaway

Communication with the owner was very pleasant. The house was very clean and modern. The green fishing lights right by the house made it easy to catch fish. A great location for kayak fishing esp at night in the neighboring canals.You could not ask for a better location over the water to watch the sunrise while on the balcony with a cup of coffee. We will definitely book this property again

Aaron is a wonderful five star guest and we are so happy to share our place with him. He was very knowledgeable, clean , and respectful. Definitely the kind of guest anyone with a rental wants to have. We hope he chooses to stay again soon.

Not a bad stay

Was not aware that it was a 2nd story only house as i am kn crutches right now after surgery. So getting up and down was quite time consuming. But the house itself was nice and kids enjoyed fishing off the dock in the back. Caught some decent size catfish and reds.Overall was a good stay. Nice and quiet.peaceful

Home away from home

This place was amazing. We had the upstairs part of the house and it had all the supplies you needed to stay for cooking, cleaning, bath, even a few life jackets etc. They even had a nice welcome basket of goodies for our kids and a fresh cleaning basket for dishes and such. We definitely want to come back here. It was perfect for my husband to fish and me and the girls could sleep in a little longer without going anywhere. When we were ready to head down stairs it was always awesome to see everything he caught! We could relax downstairs in the nice chairs and bbq too. We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful house. We will definitely be coming back!

Great property, super comfy and felt like home. It was very clean and spacious and great views from the back dock. Really easy for us to put our kayaks in the back and hit the bay and flats from the house. Kayaking through the canals was fun too. It did not have a washer and dryer which was a minor inconvenience as most places we rent on VRBO have them included. You will just need to pack a little more if you are used to a washer and dryer like us. Other than that perfect place to just unwind and enjoy the breeze from upstairs or hanging out below on the swings. Would love to rent again.
