We had a great stay at “flounder flats”! The cabin was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen was great. We had lots of fun fishing the pier at night under the green lights. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful, I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We stayed at the Flounder Flats cabin which was exceptionally accommodating and very clean. It had everything we needed even the kitchen area with all the necessities necessary to cook some meals. The convenience of a private fishing peer with chairs and nets was spot on. We have stayed at other locations that didn't have these features. Loved staying there and highly recommend this location.

Get Away

It was an awesome stay. Clean, everything worked and was as advertised. Would definitely love to stay here again!! Fishing pier great and view fantastic!

Cozy clean cabin and a great hostess

Everything was wonderful!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed. Great view of the bay! Fishing was excellent at the pier and off the shore. We will definitely be back! Thank you Pat and Dina for being such great hosts!

SUNSETS!

Dina is a wonderful host! Excellent communication and great attention to detail. The pier is great! Lights to fish all night if you want. Close to everything. We LOVE it here and are already planning our next trip! Thank you for a home away from home ❤️

Perfect weekend getaway!

We recently stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were within walking distance to a very nice pier that was equipped with chairs, lights, and a cleaning station! Dina was so nice and helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed for our trip. We come to Rockport every year, and we couldn’t have been any happier staying here! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet little place with amazing access to fishing on a pier or wading!

We stayed in this cabin for a quick fishing trip weekend to Rockport. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching a great sunset. The pier is a short walk from cabin. We caught black drum, trout, redfish, and a stingray. The pier was well lit at night and the green-lights at the end were an added bonus.

Loved, loved our stay here. Perfect size for what we needed. Fishing was great!! Beds and pillows were amazing! Will definitely be coming back with my grown kiddos and grandson.

Short and Sweet

I happened to visit when a storm rolled in that had gale force winds... but still managed to have a fantastic time here! Love the proximity to the pier, the cabin had everything we needed, positive experience overall. :)

Perfect Weekend

The cabin was better than advertised. It was very clean, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend without hauling a bunch of things from home. Full-size refrigerator, two burners for cooking, fresh/new towels, paper products for kitchen and bath. The private pier couldn't have been any closer to the cabin, and the overhead and underpier lights made fishing at night super easy and fun. The owners even have chairs and long-handled nets on the pier for us to use, so we didn't have to carry those things either. Nice fish-cleaning station on the pier. We highly recommend this location, and we would stay there again anytime.

Laid back county setting

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Dina was a great host and the people we met were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

It was a pleasure having Alberta stay with us. Easy to communicate with, friendly and left our place in perfect condition. We highly recommend to other host and hope to have them back in the near future.
