Excellent value. This was one of my favorite places to stay. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. I recommend this place.

Our stay here was very good. It had new appliances and the rooms were very modern looking. Nice and close to the pool area.

We ended up not taking our Pet, but he would have felt right at home. Lovely condo. In fact, we have booked this same condo for a trip in December.

Location good. Price decent. The only thing I can say is I sent a messaged at 8:15am still was not taken care of by 4:30pm. The shower is horrible, it’s like standing on gravel. I would NOT stay here again

Everything was properly explained and addressed during our conversation. For your other requests, we made efforts to assist but did not receive further response from you. We’re sorry to hear that the shower did not meet your expectations. This is not a common concern raised by our guests, but we will review it to ensure everything is in proper condition. Baseball stay

Great size for just me and my son during baseball World Series. Communication was great with texting owners. Only real complaint nothing with the actual stay. was the people below us was quite loud some nights and liked to park their dually by the main walk way and take up 2 spots.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean easy access…. This is just a suggestion that need it attention. 1 the bathroom door hinges need replace or maybe a little WD40, 2 we couldn’t find a dishrag to wash dishes with. And 3 we did some noisy neighbors up above us. Playing Loud music till 4 am at least a couple nights. I didn’t wanted make a big deal about it. but perhaps it needs to be emphasized. Thanks for everything!.

Royale Casa was very clean. That's the first thing I notice when staying somewhere and it absolutely exceeded expectations. While we didn't necessarily need assistance, the host made sure we were settling in well and enjoying our stay. The communication was prompt and clear throughout our entire visit. Because we were so busy touring Branson, we didn't utilize the Pool amenities-I'd imagine they're great however! While the retreat seems to be further away from the busyness of Branson, it's very nice because traffic was less of a hassle than staying directly on the strip and you were still in between all the fun Branson has to offer. My fiance and I would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Condo. Clean. Faults I had were:Shower floor actually hurt our feet the amount the rocks stuck up, bathroom door to laundry area very squeaky, bedroom ceiling didn’t get to use because it was squeaky, the hum of the ac units through bedroom wall was actually unnerving, the mattress was actual very uncomfortable. Made my our bodies very sore. The room itself, the communication with staff was great, the room was clean, loved the care picture, my daughter would absolutely love it in her room.

Thought the unit was bit run down. Faucet in kitchen had very low pressure as did shower. And kitchen faucet barely moved. Loved the ninja oven, that was nice. Didn't feel I got my money worth.
