Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that during your stay, the only issue reported to our team was the presence of spiders. Upon receiving your message, we responded promptly by providing bug spray as a standard remedy. At no point during our communications were we informed of any medical concerns, including that a member of your party was a heart transplant patient, nor were we advised that the suggested remedy would be unsuitable for anyone in your group. We are concerned that several of the issues referenced in this review were never reported to us during your stay and were never part of any discussion with our team. Specifically, concerns regarding head lice, bedding, sanitation, or any health-related issue were not communicated while you were occupying the property. As a result, we had no opportunity to investigate, inspect, verify, or address those allegations during the reservation. We take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously. Prior to every arrival, all sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and bedding linens are removed and replaced with freshly laundered linens. Following the cleaning process, the property undergoes a separate inspection to verify that cleanliness standards have been met before guest arrival. Neither our housekeeping team nor our inspectors reported any concerns related to bedding, sanitation, or cleanliness before your stay. The head lice concern was first raised only after your departure. Because it was not reported during the stay and was discovered after checkout, we have no way to verify when, where, or how it originated. Therefore, we cannot substantiate the claim that it was related to the property. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we believe it is important to note that the only issue reported during the stay was the spider concern, which was responded to promptly. The additional allegations contained in this review were not communicated to our team during the reservation and could not be investigated at the time.
