The entire property is absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and tranquil. Inside was very clean and attractive and set up for a family to enjoy themselves. Communication with the property manager was awesome.

Beautiful property inside and out! We and our pups loved the wooded trail on the property and the view of the rolling hills while we enjoyed morning coffee. Such a peaceful stay! Place is really cute and super clean! Exactly what we needed- thank you for having us!

Very cozy & comfortable home. Beautiful spot, so peaceful listening to the birds and the breeze through the trees. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Beds were very comfortable. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The house is super clean and comfortable. It has an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. It is equipped with everything you need. Communication with host was excellent; she is very thoughtful and attentive to detail. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Christmas Gathering

We had a great stay! Lots of extra touches like holiday decor, coffee bar, basket of forgotten bathroom items etc. Lovely place with beautiful views!

Perfect hosts: prompt and attentive to any questions or needs without being disruptive or overbearing. Very peaceful remodeled/updated home on a dead-end drive overlooking 40acres of farm field to the south out huge windows and 15 acres behind the rental with cut and marked walking trails. Bright, open-concept living area and kitchen feels large, Nothing lacking, worked out perfectly and no regrets. Bronson my big brown dog also gave it 5 stars and he’s no stranger to Vrbo type traveling.

Very fast responses. House excellent for family trips. Plenty of dishes and equipment in kitchen. Bathroom well stocked. Three good size bedrooms. Open concept. Table large enough for 6 to play cards and eat at.

Darling Woodland HomeWe absolutely loved our stay at this darling 3-bedroom home in the woods! The property is such a cute blend of cozy and modern, with a big comfortable couch, a spacious kitchen table, an island, and lots of windows that let in beautiful natural light. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and truly feel at home.We came into town for our daughter’s wedding, and this home was the perfect place for us to stay. We had plenty of space to assemble flowers and get everything ready for the big day. Afterward, we enjoyed winding down around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and making memories together. The hammocks and games were also such a nice touch!One of my favorite little details was the free little library when you first pull onto the property. I thought that was absolutely adorable and really added to the charm.The only thing we wished the home had was a washer and dryer, but we managed just fine without them. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. We definitely plan to visit again!

Just close and far away enough

The property was exactly as expected based on the listing. They had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the countryside view and all the extra blankets! The kitchen is filling stocked with everything we could need. Will definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Home with a view

We only stayed one night, so we did not get to take advantage of all this home offered. Convenient to Eau Claire. Very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend!

Great view

Awesome view from the house. House had lots of nice little features no found elsewhere. Nice fire pit. Very quiet. Great location to watch stars.

We had a very relaxing getaway with our family. This included kids & dog. Would definitely recommend Hillside Haven. Beds were super comfy & relaxing. Unfortunately it rained most of the time. We played games that were provided & there was plenty of space for our family. Beautiful view from the open kitchen & living room as pictured. They provided plenty of everything for our group of 7 from the kitchen. When it finally dried up, the hammocks where a great hit.

Our stay at Hillside Haven was everything we needed and more. We were in the area for a family wedding and since we’re a family of 6 we decided to look for a home to stay in lieu of a hotel. I’m so glad we found Hillside Haven. We stayed for two nights and during both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception all our kids kept asking was when they could go back to the ‘cabin’. The home is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities one could need or want. We would most definitely stay here again if in the area.

Everything was great! Excellent communication with owners/hosts. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Property setting is awesome and 'one with nature'. There was extra bedding if needed. Outdoor space is beautiful and plenty of area to roam and/or play games, enjoy fire pit, etc. And if you have young kids, they will love it too!

This was a lovely stay and the host thought of all the small details. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! The views all around the property were exceptional. We had a small problem, but it was addressed immediately. We would have appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. I'm sure it wasn't listed on the amenities list, but we didn't catch it and, since this was our 2nd stop of our trip, it was kind of needed! Other than that, it was very nice and we would consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the area.

What an amazing home! Hillside Haven was so clean and decorated so cute! Very secluded, yet close enough to town to go to a grocery store or gas station. Marissa was an amazing host and answered any questions I had really fast! We will definitely be coming back!!
