While the views may appear close, the home is perched on a hill and is not walking distance to nearby trails or Humboldt Bay. You will be able to drive to the vast majority of outdoor and town attractions of Arcata and Eureka are within 10 - 20 minutes, and less than an hour to Redwood National and State and Parks.

Inside, you'll find a warm and comfortable living space with wood paneling and warm decor that exudes a nostalgic charm. The open floorplan living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to the expansive windows that showcase the stunning scenery. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with basic kitchen amenities and the adjacent dining area is ideal for enjoying them with loved ones.

The cabin features three cozy bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Downstairs, there is 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, as well as 1 full bathroom. Upstairs, there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with a trundle style frame, 1 full size futon in the common area, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bathroom. The main living area is downstairs with a small den/common space upstairs.
