We had an excellent stay at Chris' home! It is beautiful, spacious, clean and in the perfect location - near everything we wanted to do, and private and peaceful enough to escape the busy attractions. Chris was very responsive to our questions! I would highly recommend this VRBO for any large group trips!

We had our annual girls weekend and loved the house. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for 15 of us. We made a big dinner one night and the kitchen had everything we needed plus 2 refrigerators which was really helpful. Open concept made it easy for all of us to be together. We were allowed to bring a small firepit with us and enjoyed being outside at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. The sauna was a nice treat also. Pebble beach was a 15 minute walk down the road. Chris, the host was very responsive. Great house. We are already booked for next year!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The open floor plan was perfect for our large family get togethers and creation of lasting memories. The pool table and bowling game were a hit with all, and the sauna amazing! The kitchen was huge and well stocked with a restaurant caliber stove... very impressive!Chris, our host, was welcoming, personable and has excellent communication skills. We look forward to our next stay!

A perfect place to stay with large groups of varying generations. We stayed here with folks 5-85 and everyone was comfortable with lots of room for all. A very quiet and tranquil location close to everything the Newport area has to offer - including perfect beaches and all of the seafood!

This property met our needs perfectly and exceeded our expectations. We could not have had a better stay or a better experience with the property or the owner. I would give them 10 stars if i could. The best part was the ability for each of the families we traveled to with to have their own bed and bath room a loft for the kids. Regardless of the weather (we had some good and some bad), the house was comfortable and spacious enough that everyone was able to enjoy themselves. I can’t wait for the opportunity to come back.

Incredible well stocked kitchen. Sauna was awesome. Amazing wide open floor plan. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. There was no hot tub on the premises that I could find but we were there off-season. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Host was very responsive even before our stay! Everything was very clean and in good working condition. The house was well stocked with kitchen necessities and the pantry was great for storing all the food we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving! 2 refrigerators and a beverage cooler was also much appreciated. There were 16 of us and there was plenty of room to enjoy family games, electronic pursuits and even reading! The fenced in yard was a special trest for our 2 dog's! We highly recommend this property.

The house was even better than the pictures! The huge open-concept common area was perfect for our group, featuring a large kitchen island, plenty of seating, ample fridge space, and beautiful décor throughout. We barely used the pool table, shuffleboard, or sauna, but they were great amenities to have available. The layout was ideal. The first floor includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a king bed in each room and an additional twin bed in one. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two king beds, one twin bed, a full bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The open loft area offers two more king beds, two twin beds, a dry bar, and a mini fridge, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out comfortably.Although we didn’t travel with children, we noticed the home was well-equipped for families, with cribs, high chairs, booster seats, and other kid-friendly touches available. The location is beautiful, and getting to the vineyards, Aquidneck Avenue, and downtown Newport was quick and convenient. The only minor downside was having to make the beds upon arrival. However, the owner kindly allowed us to check in early so we could get everything set up before the rest of our group arrived, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated.Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The house was spacious, well-appointed, thoughtfully stocked, and perfect for a large group. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Family wedding weekend

The location of the home was perfect for attending a family wedding. Beautiful home inside and out with plenty of space. We had so much fun being all together. Only concern was the master bathrooms fixtures needed some work. Other than that the home was exceptional.
