Fantastic Beach Stay

Could not have asked for a better stay and experience with Nick. Condo was beautiful and views breathtaking. We found the entire complex to be well maintained and staff pleasant. Being directly on the beach with chair service was very convenient. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay in this unit and would definitely go again. The location is perfect and the views from the balcony were amazing.

The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Great patio furniture (that’s an important one for me) and beach service included is a huge plus also. The location is great and not in the busy area of PCB. Host Nick was very responsive and helpful with any questions. I will definitely plan another stay here.

I habe stayed at this resort several times. I love the location, on the east quiet end of the beach but still close to everything. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

This was our second stay in 1406. It has a large, comfortable balcony with a beautiful sunset view. The resort is pet friendly and well kept, and the unit was clean enough that our small dog did not spend hours sniffing the scents of previous guests’ pets as she has at other vacation rentals. The host was super kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

I always wonder how to get that 5th star from people that loved my place, my responsiveness, and the fact that they’d love to stay there again. Glad you loved my amazing place! I have to assume your finger slipped when selecting the stars :) thanks again!!

Home away from Home!!

Nick is the host of this condo. He is great to communicate with, if you have any questions. The condo has Large spacious 2 bedrooms. The beds are super comfy, so you actually enjoy resting on vacation. Nice open kitchen, and enjoyable living room space. Great views from the balcony. This is our second visit to Nicks condo, and we absolutely love it!! The condo is spotless on arrival! We will continue coming here in the future. 😊

Family Vacation

This beachside condo was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't be better—just steps from the sand and with breathtaking ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset each evening made it feel like a dream.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were cozy. We especially loved how quiet and relaxing the area was. It felt private, yet still close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.Will definitely return!
