The floors were really dirty and not just from sand. Ruined some of our socks. Sliding door would not lock. Was hard with a dog not enough places for them to go out. Strict rules. Beach service was good. View was great!

Great property. Location is excellent and the view is extraordinary. Property manager/owners were great to deal with the entire way through. Would definitely stay here again

Warren Beach Rentals saved our trip.

Thank you to the Warren Beach Rentals team. We arrived to another condo with another company and it was filthy, fortunately, we were able to get this condo with WBR and it was magnificient. Super clean, and just beautiful inside. Loved the beach service, the pool, and the location. Spent a lot of time on the big balcony, that was really nice.

We loved every minute of our stay with amazing views!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo rental! It was very clean, well stocked and had amazing views-and minutes from everything. The owners and resort were very friendly and helpful. We loved the fact there was a heated pool, kid pool and larger pool. We will certainly be renting again for our next beach trip to PCB.

Nice stay on the beach

Nice property right on the beach. Beautiful balcony view and accommodations were perfect. Hard to find nice places that allows pets. That was the plus factor for us. The GP property itself not the unit management a bit strict on some things but nothing that wasn't a deal breaker. We would definitely come again.

Had most everything we needed stocked in the kitchen. Perfect location and as advertised. Provided the best vacation four our family. Will be booking again. The balcony is the best!

Beautiful views all day long!

Oct 2025. This was a beautiful place to stay. We had breathtaking views morning, evening and night. Watched the dolphins swim almost every morning. I love how clean everything was. The staff very friendly and they are always cleaning. Loved how close we were to the beach and pool. We will definitely come back. Very punctual with communication.

Amazing

Everything they said and so much more, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The condo was gorgeous. It had all the amenities they stated, very clean, easy to get a hold of someone if needed, all I needed was suggestions for food lol. Check in was a breeze, condo was spotless, pool was amazing, the ocean was perfect. Will be definitely staying here again. Loved every minute we did not want to leave. The French fries at the tiki bar by the pool are fabulous.

The pics online will fool you! We had to clean the refrigerator once we got there, balcony was dirty, furniture is very old and worn out, and more. Won’t be back.
