A great home in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Very clean and well appointed property. It has a wonderful pool and outdoor area. The owner was great to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect, what a hidden gem in the Naples area. Amazing home, quiet community, lovely hosts. Really appreciated all the beach and pool gear for our family! Would stay here again 100%.

The house was very nice, clean, and well appointed. The owners have also provided so many extras - bikes, pool and beach toys, beach chairs, and coolers. If we are ever in Naples again, we would definitely stay here.

Great location and great house, especially the pool area. My family and I had a great time here.Points of interest are close by but not walkable. You will need a car or an Uber/Lyft to get around. Lastly, Mike and Clem were incredibly responsive and accomidating.

Great place!

The place was well furnished with everything you need. Very clean and the pictures were spot on with what the place looks like. Loved the pool side very much!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great Find in Naples

The property was clean and recently updated, great outdoor space for adults to relax while kids swim in the pool. Mike (owner) was very responsive.

We had a brilliant stay here and the house was a fantastic base for our week in Naples.The villa was spacious, comfortable and really well equipped for a family of four, with plenty of room to spread out. We particularly loved having the screened pool and lanai – perfect for relaxing at the house between trips out, and very much part of what made the week feel like a proper Florida holiday.The location worked really well for us too. We explored Naples, the beaches, Third Street, Mercato and the surrounding area, and found it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go while still having a peaceful place to come back to.Mike was a responsive and helpful host. We had a small issue with the pool after some particularly heavy Florida rain and he dealt with it quickly, which we really appreciated.We actually extended our Florida trip by an extra week and chose Naples for that final week, and we’re so glad we did. It ended up being one of our favourite parts of the holiday. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, relaxed base for exploring Naples and southwest Florida.

Wonderful Stay – Beautiful Home and Perfect PoolWe had an amazing stay at this property. The pool was absolutely beautiful, spotless, perfectly heated, and clearly very well cared for. It was such a pleasure to relax there every day.The house itself is extremely comfortable and thoughtfully set up. You can really feel the care in all the little details, and it has everything you need, even for a longer stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful, always replying immediately whenever we had a question.The location is excellent as well. It’s very central, with Fifth Avenue only about 10 minutes away, yet the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and peaceful.We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hidden gem

We stayed for two weeks with my senior parents. The location is great and short distance to bay area, shops, restaurants, and beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The home updates completed so far are modern and functional. We really enjoyed the brand new heated pool. The owner provided quick communication. We had no issues with check-in or during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolute Gem

Cannot ask for better in the Naples area than this perfect home on a quiet street that dead ends at a golf course. 10mins from 5th Avenue in downtown Naples which is also at the Gulf beaches. 25mins from Marco Island.The house is perfect. The pool is perfect. The owners were super responsive and helpful. 10/10. No notes.

This rental is exactly what we expected! The swimming pool with the sun shelf was great for our 3 year old granddaughter . The kitchen is very well stocked with any pot or pan you could need. Michael is an excellent host. Great location on a dead end quiet beautiful street. We will definitely be back!
