This upscale 2 bedroom (plus office), 2 bathroom home is located in the highly popular Naples Park residential area, a favorite for vacationers. Relax in your luxurious backyard with heated swimming pool and covered lanai with built-in summer kitchen. Your backyard provides you with privacy and a bug and pest-free environment as a result of the property's fence and screened pool cage. When you feel more adventurous, you can bike or take a 4 minute drive to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The owners provide bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach bag, beach toys, a large beach blanket (10' x 10'), a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your enjoyment. The house is exceptionally well equipped and the owners provide numerous supplies including paper plates, napkins, spices, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, dish soap, etc. An initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels is also provided.
The primary bedroom suite boasts a King size bed with luxury mattress and bedding, a variety of pillows, a walk-in closet, sliding glass doors to the outside pool area, walk-in shower, double sinks, and separate toilet closet. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed with luxury mattress and bedding, and adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combination. The owners also provide a Graco pack 'n play for infant sleeping (with an optional mattress), a toddler-size air mattress for toddler sleeping, and a high chair. The home is equipped with WIFI (Internet), 3 TV's with cable service, SONOS music system, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, built-in wine cooler/bar, and separate office. Every towel, linen, accessory, kitchen utensil, and piece of equipment in the house is very good quality.
This beautiful home features 11 to 14 foot ceilings throughout; trey ceilings in the foyer, living area and master bedroom; ceiling fans; a 2-car garage; and attractive landscaping.
Best yet, the location is absolutely fantastic! This vacation home is located in Naples Park, a residential neighborhood that has become very popular to renters and home purchasers alike. It is only a 4 minute drive from the Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park white sand beaches - and just a short walk or drive from the highly regarded Mercato with its luxury movie theater, Blue Martini nightclub, and many high-end shops, pubs, and restaurants. Most importantly, Naples Park is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Beautiful home.

This is a beautiful, well cared for, comfortable home. One of the cleanest and best furnished homes we've rented. Everything you need from kitchen to beach gear is available. And the proximity of the Naples Park neighborhood to the beaches is great! The owners were very good to work with and I would recommend this property.

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay. The home was clean and we equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The house has everything you’d need for a Florida vacation. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome home

This is by far the most beautiful well appointed home we have rented. Great neighborhood, perfect location. Amenities were great, great kitchen appliances and utensils. Quiet home with every comfort. Please ask about the pool, the heating of the pool and temperature of water you expect. We were a little put off by pricing and expectations but we should have asked more questions up front perhaps.

Excellent setup

From the moment we walked in the property felt like home: safe, clean, organized and well stocked. We rented the property last year for a week and three weeks this year. This year there were even more amenities like beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. It was wonderful. We were so busy with friends and family in the area that we wished we had more time to simply stay at the property and enjoy.

Stayed here for two weeks in November. No doubt the most beautiful home we've holidayed in - anywhere. Equipped with everything you might need, great wifi and entertainment media and very comfortable bedding. Cathy supplies all the basics like paper products etc; much appreciated. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful home in Naples Park area

The house was immaculate and SO well stocked with anything and everything any vacationer would ever need! The pool was always warm and spotless. The house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything! Mattress was comfy. Spacious bath and shower. AC worked great. Owner and manager were always readily available and responsive but never intrusive. When we come back to Naples we will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Home

We have stayed here before this last visit. It is the very best. Totally clean and just perfect. Everything is very close by, so no extra long driving. Airport is very close also which is a big plus for us. Everything you need at this home is there. You will need for nothing. Excellent.

Everything as described and even better. The pictures represent exactly what you can expect. Cathy and Lee are perfect hosts and have furnished their house with love. Naples will probably be our second home and we will definitely choose this house again. As I said: vacation as it should be.

Even better than our previous holidays at this house

We have stayed in this property several times and it is continually improving. It is clearly very well managed and looked after. Catherine and Lee obviously pride themselves on offering an immaculately presented property with many thoughtful extras. As always the house was exceptionally clean and well presented on our arrival. We loved the improvements in the outdoor space, in particular the garden area. Jacquee the local manager was always on call if we had any issues and was very attentive at all times. We love the area especially the Wiggins pass beach park, its so beautiful and relaxing. The local community has a relaxed atmosphere and feels safe and friendly. Im sure we will be back again, many thanks Regards Peter and Deborah

Immaculate

This is our second time staying in this home. My wife and I stayed here in 2023 with our infant daughter. This year we brought my parents along and still had enough room. The house is immaculate which, in my opinion, is the most important feature of a rental. Very close to Vanderbilt Beach, The Mercato (great shopping and restaurants) and a couple blocks away from Publix. This house is stocked with anything you can ask for from a vacation rental. The private yard and pool is beautiful and is a must have on the days you can't make it to the beach! Catherine is very responsive as well. We will stay here over and over again without hesitation.

Wonderful Stay in Naples

Thank you Lee & Cathy Another fabulous holiday in the most beautiful home. Even lovelier than we remembered from 2016. 50th Anniversary trip

The Naples Park home was just lovely and Picture Perfect for Our Special 50th Anniversary for my husband and I. It's a quiet, pretty neighborhood and we just Loved the beautiful pool, and the outdoor area. The home has everything you need for your stay and for the beach. We just hated to leave this lovely home, and can't wait until we can return again. The property Manager, Jacquee was wonderful and very helpful.

Perfect

This was the perfect weekend get away. The owner's were very accommodating and responded quickly about all of our questions we had before even getting there. The house was immaculate and perfect for our group of 3. They had many supplies on hand, so we didn't have to pack or buy. The pool was perfect and only a few minutes drive to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I give it the highest rating.

Great house!

Very nice property. Only negatives were the distance from the beach access is 1.7 miles- not 1 mile like the description. Also the sofa bed was dirty when we pulled it out there were crumbs and the cover was dirty. So we made up the couch with linen and had 1 person sleep there but we would have preferred to use the sofa bed. Otherwise it was a wonderful house.

Naples Park gem!

The property is lovely and meticulously maintained. It is in an area we found centrally located to all the activities my husband and I enjoy doing. If available, we would definitely stay at this vacation rental again when visiting Naples.

Perfect!

The property is extremely well kept inside out. Everything was in order and well prepared for our visit. Got fit to our small party of three. The house was well stocked and everything needed or desired at hand. We had the most enjoyable stay. The weather was a bit variable the second week, which made the importance of the property amenities even greater. We can and will strongly recommend this property to everyone.

Wonderful stay, beautiful home

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated home in Naples Park. The location was perfect with Vanderbilt Beach and numerous restaurants just a few minutes away. The home felt very spacious with high ceilings and was very well appointed with everything we needed. Although we ate out most meals, the kitchen was very well-equipped had we wanted to cook. We really appreciated the bottled water, coffee and tea as well as some toiletry items available for use so we did not need to immediately run out and shop upon our arrival. The screened-in pool area was lovely and private. The neighborhood was very quiet. Catherine provided a binder full of information about the home, the best restaurants and activities in the area that was very helpful and much appreciated. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Naples.

Amazing home

My husband and I had an awesome stay in this home. The home was so clean, well appointed with thoughtful touches. We very much appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable bed and bedding. The master bath is a dream. The pool is magnificent and the lanai has everything you need. Would recommend this home to singles through families for a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect

My wife and I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this one was HANDS DOWN, the best one yet. Pictures do not do this place justice. Super clean and location is great. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need, including a Pack n Play which our 8 month old daughter slept in every night. You’ll only need to buy food for your stay!! The master bedroom has sliding doors that open up to the pool. My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool while the baby slept just a few steps away. Backyard is amazing altogether. 5 minute drive to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins. Two minutes from the Mercato. Communication between the owners and property manager was five stars as well. All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hi! Let us introduce ourselves. We are Lee and Cathy from the state of Wisconsin. We have been married for over 40 years and have raised two wonderful children. Following our retirements, we rented properties in southwest Florida during the winter months. Then, in May 2014, we decided to purchase when we fell in love with this new home in the Naples Park area. We installed a beautiful swimming pool and furnished the property with high quality furniture and equipment. We look forward to sharing our lovely home with you.

We chose to purchase this property for two reasons. First, we love the location of Naples Park. After renting in other areas and spending too much time in traffic to get anywhere (even just to the grocery or drug store), we rented in Naples Park. We decided this is where we wanted to live! Second, we looked at many different properties, but fell in love with this house. It is new, quality built, features high ceilings throughout (including trey ceilings in the foyer, living area and master bedroom), and has a larger lanai/pool area than most other newer homes in Naples Park. It is absolutely gorgeous! In addition, we have supplied the home better than any property we ever rented to ensure that your stay is comfortable.
