This property offers you a real opportunity to put down the technology and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Given if you do want to work while here there is very fast and reliable internet. ;-)
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Due to the 4,300’ elevation there is always a great breeze and very cool air even in the heat of the summer. While we are here we never close the windows and don’t find a need for the air conditioning. For example; the average temperature in July is 72° with relatively low humidity. The property is nearly at the top of the mountain so the views are some of the best for all of Mountain Air!
Mountain Air, if you aren’t familiar, is a private gated community amongst the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is just above the quaint mountain town of Burnsville.
