We especially appreciate you mentioning the peaceful, remote setting and nearby walking trails. Corrales really is a special place, with some fantastic local restaurants and a much quieter atmosphere while still being close to everything. And we couldn’t agree more about Balloon Fiesta! Being away from the hustle and bustle of Albuquerque while still having convenient access to the festivities makes this a great location for enjoying Balloon Fiesta season. Thank you for your feedback on the water we will get that fixed immediately. As for the couch and master bed those items are pretty subjective and really depends on the person. Everyone has different levels of comfort. Out of 15 guest at this short term rental you are the first to say anything about the couch and bed. So that’s a tough one, but can be looked at if there are future talks amongst guest with similar experiences. Glad you liked the pool table and thanks for staying with us.

This is not true, Tycie and his guest were out of the house before work started. My management team also called him but did not answer, we left him a voicemail on what was going on. We had rains the week before and the leak started, there was more rain in the forecast so this was an emergency repair we had to get done before more rain came and possibly caused more damage inside the house and costing us more in the long run. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you come back to see us again. Please don't let a leak we had to fix deter you from future stays, especially being that the entire roof was replaced.
