ot was gross we first walked in a kicked something on the floor it was a fake nail. We went to shower to go to bed and the showers havent been cleaned there was hair all over in the and watermarks. Sand all over the floor. The dishwasher area is broken so bad that the dishwasher beeped the whole time unless we left it open. It rained and the gutters are so full rained just dripped over the edges onto the piece on the ground. oh and the worse part all of the beds we absolutely garbage. The worst one weve stayed at in the area. It was big that was all and way overpriced!

This home was very clean. One of the cleanest we have stayed in at the San Destin resort. Kitchen/bathrooms had adequate supplies. The golf cart worked fine, no issues at all. This was a convenient location since we spent every day at the beach. We really enjoyed this home, and it fit our 5 guests perfectly. Thanks!

Easter Family Beach Trip

We took the family to the beach for Easter weekend and overall this property was wonderful. It was very spacious and the highlight for the kids was the six passenger golf cart and being able to ride to the beach and to Baytown for evening activities.

Terrific Tivoli

Wonderful property and location in the heart of Sandestin’s Tívoli neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. There was a problem with the Golf Cart, which the property management company had fixed within 24hrs. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Just What we Needed

We drove down for spring break and it was an amazing week. We loved the golf cart and used it to drive everywhere in the Sandestin Resort. We went to the beach, used the pool and took trips to Bay Town Wharf at night. I read another review about dirty furniture and would agree the chairs in the living room could use a good scrub but otherwise the place is immaculate. The beds were super cozy and the rooms were so spacious. No complaints.

Good location.

We loved the location but the condition of the property could improve. Screen door torn out and flat tire on golf cart, dead golf cart battery, cleanliness and broken dryer were our main issues. When the maintenance man did come out he was great! Beds were comfortable. and the villa was roomy but we probably would not choose this place again.

Thank you for your comments. We are happy your enjoyed the location! Our maintenance staff responded to your request for a screen door repair the day you reported it. A few days after you arrived, we received notice from you that the cart had a flat tire and the batteries were not charging. Our maintenance staff repaired the tire while you were at the beach and delivered a new charging cord. We were unaware of an issue with the dryer, however, it appears the dryer vent line needed to be cleared. Again, we thank you for taking time to review our property and hope to see you back at the beach soon!

Super Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BeachBlue was an amazing. We rent through them every year and will continue to do so. Our condo was very comfortable and spacious. The refrigerator/freezer was somewhat small; we had a couple of appliance issues in this unit, but BeachBlue responded immediately to fix them and were so very gracious. I can’t say enough good things about the people there and our rental experience. They are the best!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Tivoli Way. 5270 was spacious and decorated fine. It lacks a garbage disposal which is a must and the dishwasher needs some love. It definitely cools have been cleaner, sand in a couple of beds, but we dealt with it. It was large enough for 6 adults and 3 children. We loved the 6 seater golf cart. Would rent again.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 23 may. 2022
Thank you for you for letting us know the dishwasher needed service. Fixed! We passed along your comments to our housekeepers, and we thank you for calling about the sand you found. Looks like our guests are enjoying the beach and bringing it back to the condo with them! Our apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope to see you again soon.

Great location, clean condo, awesome golf cart and pleasant decor. The rental company was very prompt with responses, which I appreciated! However, the AC wouldn’t get cooler than 75 the whole stay and apparently couldn’t be fixed. Rooms were even warmer than 75. That made nights very stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for my baby in her Slumberpod. They did provide fans that helped. Two of the bathrooms were growing black mold. No disposal in kitchen which was annoying when cleaning after meals and limited kitchen pots/pans/appliances. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

The condo was very nice. It rained alot and there is a pool of water that accumulates right by the front door. The pillow in the master bed need updating. When i text the property manager with questions they were very fast to reply. The community pool area really needs updating. It is over grown, the pool patio furniture is quite used, and there is a urine smell at the little pool house. The golf cart plug in is scary. It looks like it is not for outdoor use and has fire/spark soot at the insert. The key is difficult to turn the golf cart on too.Overall the condo was nice. We really didn't cook so i can't speak to the kitchen tools,

Couples Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I along with two other couples visited this property in August 2022. Everything appeared as advertised. Clean and in good condition. Would book here again in the future. There was one issue with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms. We called the rental company and they send someone within the hour and fixed the issue which was appreciated. One item to note, the golf cart could probably use some maintenance and the battery seemed to run down quickly even after a full day's charge. But only a minor issue for our group. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Great Vacation

This was our first trip to the area and I was a bit apprehensive but pleasantly surprised. On the upside o Comfort of condo, very spacious and well appointed. o Customer Service by Rental staff, super hospitality. o Location, so convenient to shopping and may restaurants. o Size and space of condo, so much room and such nice furniture o Amenities, bedrooms and bathrooms. o Security, super nice staff at the gates and always great to ask questions. On the Downside o We were in the downstairs unit and it was very noisy with upstairs and people walking around, sounded like a River Dance revival, very distracting & reason I would not do a split level again. We spoke to the folks above us and they tried but they had two small children and it took away from the experience. o Golf cart, two were advertised but only one and it was a mess, really beat up and never really charged. o Dishes were not clean when we arrived. o Patio had not been cleaned. o Bugs & roaches in one of the tubs. The customer service by Beach Blue Properties was over the top, they checked on us frequently, answered all our questions and made the stay enjoyable. We had rented a house but the family took it back last minute, in all fairness we were offered a full refund but plans were set. We will return but not with a slit-level condo, too noisy but looking forward to a house next year.

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate you taking time to pass along your thoughts about your stay in our property. We wanted to make sure future guests understand there is one golf cart provided with this rental. In reviewing the online advertisement, we noted that the photo of the golf cart shows another cart parked in the background (which belongs to the neighbor). The online property description states there is one cart provided. We are happy you enjoyed your stay, and hope to see you again at the beach!

Great stay needs minor updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good! The rental property needs some minor updates. While the place was very spacious, the kitchen cabinets do not close and if you close they will reopen on their own, the back door is broken, the master bath sink does not drain fast, the dishes all seemed dirty, and the washer was very loud. We had children so the golf cart not having seatbelts worried me and the front door had no lock. Just a few things to be mindful of when renting this property.

The property was very nice and clean. It is within a short walk of a pool. They had an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and floats to use at the beach. Check in and communication was easy. The golf cart was out of commission during our stay which was disappointing but the host compensated us for the inconvience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arranged a stay here for my son, his wife and three children. The unit was charming and offered all the comforts of home. They really enjoyed the location with easy access to the pool and just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. They were new to the area and stated that the manager (Denise Losey) was responsive and professional. Would absolutely book this unit in the future.
