The unit was perfect for my husband and I. Close to town and had everything we needed. James was an excellent communicator and promptly took care of an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great stay! Spotless and fully equipped, this is my second time at this location. Peaceful and situated conveniently near Somerset and Nancy, offer easy access to any local businesses and sights.

Yellow Door Saloon

Great stay- new, clean and has all the comforts of home. Very convenient near Somerset and Lake Cumberland, close to restaurants and shopping. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Was centrally located for us to visit three fall festivals. Enjoyed playing dominoes and games we brought on back patio.

Excellent place for a night away

We wanted to hit the antique and vintage stores in the area and this was the perfect spot to stay after a long day of shopping. Wonderful vibe! Only issue experienced was a dog barking most of the night from nearby.

James’s place was superb! Tiny, quant and comfortable. His communication was fast and he was very kind. The mattress in bedroom was so comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch having coffee, drinks, dinner and playing cards. Close to restaurants and things to do, but not walking distance. Felt safe. Make sure you have a vehicle because it is impossible to get an uber or Lyft in this area. Door dash, Uber Eats and Instacart were available for grocery and food delivery. The best restaurant was in downtown Somerset called Charred Oak! Make sure to go there because it won’t disappoint!! Best wings I ever had! A love you a brunch restaurant was delicious. That was also located downtown. Tiny house was close to Lake Cumberland. Cumberland Grill had great views of the lake if you sat on the patio. Food was ok. Makers Mill downtown for food, music and karaoke. If you like Mexican food Mariachi Taquiria! Great birria tacos, fajita chimichangas and Frozen margaritas. Farmers Market downtown Saturday was fun. We bought freshly made sourdough bread and desserts. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fabulous!

The property was just as it was described. It had a beautiful patio that I was able to sit out on and work. It was very cozy and I really enjoyed that there were things there in case I forgot stuff. It felt like I was staying at a friend's house. I will definitely come back when work brings me back to this area. And I would definitely recommend this sweet little home.

Awesome for opossum

My wife and I stayed two nights in one house while my brother and family stayed in glass door just next door. Good thing-they needed our oven and we their air fryer . All the dogs were comfortable. The fire places were neat! Honestly. I’m looking forward to next years lucky opossum run! Thank you for the accommodations!
