Williamsburg 3 BD Deluxe condo - near Colonial Williamsburg

This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is a relaxing vacation resort on the Virginia Peninsula and is located close to some of Williamsburg's top attractions. Located within a couple miles away is Williamsburg Historic area. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool and one children's pool. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tubs, 2 playgrounds, miniature golf, billiards room and tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Their is a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This beautiful condo also has a balcony and is 1,542 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

Great experience

This is a wonderful property. It is clean, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, and essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Starter kits provided dish washer detergent, laundry soap, coffee and creamer. There was ample apply of towels and pool towels. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were well maintained and heated. What pleasure at end of an October day, to take a warm swim under the stars!

Golf Trip

Everything was as described. Great location, large suite. Only issue was that it was booked for 2 different blocks of time from Oct. 2-4 and then the 4th-7th so our room keys stopped working after the 4th and we had to go back to the front desk to give ID and submit another credit card hold to get new keys. Other than that small hiccup it was great!

Great Williamsburg getaway

The condo we stayed in was at Wyndham Governor's Green. The unit was perfect for my husband, myself and our 3 teenage nieces. It was clean, spacious and had all of the necessary amenities. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. Loved having the 2 pools, firepit and minigolf. It is close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg as well as shopping and dining. We had one maintenance issue that was resolved quickly, and staff kept in touch to see if we needed additional supplies. As it is a vacation club resort, they do talk to you about attending a presentation, but it wasn't required. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend.

Great stay at different property

The property we booked with was overbooked, and sent us to Wyndham Patriot's Place. Although the accomodations and amenities were not the same, Governer's green credited the difference to a gift card, and the staff at Patriot's Place wanted to make sure we didn't start out vacation on a bad note, so they upgraded our single room to a suite at no cost, and gave us a chilled bottle of wine. I can't remark on the stay at Governer's green, but I can tell you that Wyndham staff went above and beyond, in both resorts!

Great property

The property is as described. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed to cook family meals. The carpets could use a cleaning as we noticed our feet or socks were dirty after walking around. The property was quiet and we enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. The property owner was helpful and called before we left for our trip to provide more details and suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

Ample space

Unit was a good size for a family. Unit needs to be kept cleaner, the ceiling fans had an inch of dust on them. The a/c unit vent was allso extremely dusty. My son had difficultly breathing which hindered our vacation enjoyment.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. We came for W8M graduation and did not really enjoy the amenities except for the miniature golf, which was good. Location was convenient, and the condo worked well for our group. Since there are two bathrooms for three bedrooms, we appreciated they were large and one had two sinks, one inner and one outer.

Property was lovely. Only stayed 3 nights. Unit spacious and comfortable. Did not do much cooking this trip but I always check the kitchen inventory and it was well supplied. Would definitely stay again.

Great Resort for Busch Gardens & Colonia Williamsburg

Th Governor's Green Propety was great for our long weekend in Williamsburg. Check-in was quick and easy and no one attempted to sell us on anything timeshare related. Rooms were as described and the property was clean. Carpet could stand to be replaced but other than that everything was great. The kids played at the pool one evening after Busch Gardens and had a blast bouncing between the indoor and outdoor pools. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious

This truly fit our need with our family of six. We were supposed to have another couple along with our 4 kids but they were sick and couldn't come, would have been plenty of room either way. If anything, I'd say the listing undersells the ease and comfort of the place!

Spacious

Our accommodations were nice. We had plenty of towels, dishes, etc. the rooms were great size. We had six adults and three small children and there was room for everyone. The only recommendation I have would be to shampoo the carpets. Our feet were a little dirty if we walked barefoot. Otherwise everything else was great!! The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We would definitely stay again.

Great home base for W&M, local tourism

Family gathered here for grandson's graduation from William & Mary, then stayed after to tour local sites. This was a much better and more affordable choice than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Very comfortable place. Convenient to William & Mary, but tucked away, quiet and out of the traffic. Short drive to I-64, Colonial Williamsburg, and the Colonial Parkway. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for us to prepare many meals there. The only item I really missed was graduated measuring cups -- had a glass 1 C measure, but that's hard to use when measuring dry ingredients. (The only "food" provided was a cute but teeny salt & pepper shaker, so if you plan to cook, byo spices.) But there's lot of great restaurants in Williamsburg, so no need to cook in. However, Williamsburg's water isn't the best, so plan to buy gallons of water at Target or Walmart. And a bag of ice -- no icemaker in the unit's freezer. The resort's staff was easily available to provide extra blankets or towels, answer questions, etc. Did not check out the pool or any of the other amenities, as we were busy doing our own thing.

Wonderful base for a Williamsburg visit!

Very comfortable, clean and handy for a visit to see the rich and wonderful history of this part of VA and the US, not to mention Busch Gardens. Highly recommended.

Family Spa Weekend

Everything about our weekend at the Condo and the Williamsburg Spa was wonderful!! I would do it again tomorrow! The only thing I would ask is to have hotter water for the shower and better water pressure :)
