Place was as written. If you’re staying for 4 days or more get extra towels and dishwasher pods, etc. could be provided for people with longer stays. Lots of activities. Good gym.

The place is very clean. Staff is so friendly. The kids loved the game room. Parents loved that the game room is included in your activities fee. One family pool and one adults only pool. We had a wonderful stay.

First off, this was an excellent property, and I will definitely be staying here again. My one complaint was the check-in process. Fair warning, it's a timeshare resort, so they will try to upsell you a bunch and try to get you in on the timeshare. That does slow down the process a bunch, and is a little grating after lots of travel, but going into this clear-eyed is helpful.5 out of 5 stars from me. I'll be here again.

We had a long weekend stay to attend a concert and some other attractions in the area. The 3 bedroom lockout gave our family of 4 with plenty of room. Our only complaints were about the layout of the master bath in the 2 bedroom unit. It was super small and hard to move around in. The floor in the 1 bedroom unit was very squeaky and uneven. We ended up putting our teenager over there. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Check in was easy and the "time share push" wasn't bad. We refused the extra presentation with no further hassle. We didn't have a chance to explore the property much further.

New Year's stay

The location is great, close to food, entertainment, etc. The amenities are plentiful with plenty to do with the family. My only complaints I had were an alarm on the water heater going off several times and the resulting spottiness in hot water availability. When we reported the first alarm, the reaction was to just shut it off. It took us three reports before someone actually came out to fix it. I know it was the holiday, so if it couldn't be repaired, we should have been moved. Finally, the walls are thin we had a toddler upstairs running from one end of the condo to the other starting at 5 AM. My recommendation would be to request a room on the top floor.

Great family vacation place to stay. Specially games room, pools and all activities for kids. Just property’s bathrooms have a single sink.
