Visit the White Mountain and stay at this nicely appointed Village of Loon townhouse. On the entry-level of this townhouse, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full shared bathroom located just outside the bedroom’s door. Downstairs is the primary bedroom suite with a queen-sized bed, flat-screen television, a full bath with a stacked washer/dryer, and a small private deck. The main living level is found above the entry-level. This level holds a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, breakfast bar seating for two, a dining area with seating for up to eight, and the living area with a wrap-around couch, flat screen television, air conditioning, and gas fireplace. The deck is accessed from a slider in the dining area and offers six chairs around a table with an umbrella and wooded views of Loon Mountain. The third bedroom is on the uppermost floor of the townhouse and holds a queen and double bed.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally, you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching, and much more.

Lincoln vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in the perfect spot. It was quiet area which allowed my grandchildren to ride their bikes without car congestion. The condo itself was spacious but cozy at the same time. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell when you first walked in but overall we were so pleased!! We loved the theme of the condo as well. We liked the proximity to the town and restaurants.

Close to attractions, spacious

Condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens and towels. We had everything we could have needed. Very easy process to check in and check out, and we appreciated the welcome bag. Will definitely recommend to others

Fantastic experience

The place is beautiful and well located. Access to The pools and hot tubs was ideal with young kids. The only recommendation I have is to add more ACs as the upstairs rooms are stuffy during the day, but workable at night with the windows open.

8 people plenty of room. Inside was spotless. Could have used a good sweeping on the outside decks. Kids had a great time as well as adults. They had everything to cook with including a griddle. Impressive

Annual family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd year we stayed in this particular unit (we've stayed at the Village the last 8 or 10 summers). Overall, very clean and well-kept; the kitchen is well-stocked. The 3rd floor bedroom was unbearably hot (75 - 90 outdoor temps, similar in that room), so essentially unusable; it really needs its own air conditioning. We also ran out of kitchen trash bags (only 3 were provided), paper towels (1 roll of very thin/cheap provided), and toilet paper (8 rolls in 2 bathrooms but again, thin/cheap so it went fast) halfway through our visit and had to go buy more; although laundry is available, owner provides no detergent. This kind of corner-cutting makes the owner seem cheap and/or that they expect us to dishonestly take home "extras" of these items if they were provided/stored in the unit??? We won't be staying in this unit again.

Loon retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay recently in one of the Loon Mountain properties. The home was lovely and well-equipped. Overall everyone really enjoyed their time there. Only negative was that multiple screens had holes in them and needed repair, resulting in various flying insects being inside during our stay. I would highly recommend working with the Loon Reservation Services, as they made the whole process very easy.

Great condo in a great location

The condo was comfortable, well laid out and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the activities we did while we were in Lincoln (Loon, Woodstock, Kangamagus Hwy, etc.). One thing to mention - while the place was overall pretty clean, there were a few things that could use some attention. (Bathroom fans were pretty dusty, lower deck was dusty/dirty.)

We had a problem with one painted window that could not be opened. We called the management office and in no-time they send the nice and professional maintenance person to have it opened for us. Plenty of room, comfortable furnishings, great gas fireplace and such a nice location! The Condo was super clean and we felt perfectly safe and healthy! Can't wait to rent it again!!The folks at Loon Reservation were wonderful! They answered all our questions and made the entire process a breeze!! I especially want to send a shout out to John, the after hours contact, who helped us with a tv issue on our first night! Super pleasant and took great care of us! Thank you!!

Very disappointed. The walkway full of dirt and dried pine needles tracked all throughout the house. I swept the walkway after the fact. Kitchen table grimy. Huge dried up coffee spill and table was black w grime. The tub was filthy in fact even a dead smeared spider. Ice was frozen solid and freezer burned. Internet/WIFI did not work. After trying for over 1/2 hour we called maintenance outside b/c we had no service he promptly came but took a while to find router and to get the tv to work. The top balcony had not been swept dried pine needles and spider webs even on the bbq. The master BR balcony on bottom level was even worse. There was a 3 foot stuffed teddy bear and a tall doll on the bench. The teddy bear looked like it was there for years, full of spider webs, bugs absolutely disgusting. I could not let my minor grandkids out there because I didn’t know what else lived in that bear. The listing states a/c BUT only the master BR had air conditioning out of the 3. The third floor was so unbelievably HOT even though they did provide fans that the kids had to sleep on the couch. The listing states all fees included BUT was charged a housekeeping fee which frankly was a significant amount of considering the poor job they did prior to our stay. One more thing the popcorn in the gift bag expired May 2026.

Loon Village

Right outside of the town of Lincoln it is very close to many fun activities. The location is set far enough of the highway that it is very quite. The unit we stayed in was completely clean and beautiful including what had to be a full kitchen remodel. It was stunning. They had EVERYTNING you could possible need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Unit is spotless. Only regret we have is we didn’t stay longer.

Village of Loon V1701

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a fabulous time. The unit is newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. There were 5 of us (and 11 down the street in another unit) for a family gathering. The August weekend was hot and humid, so the A/C unit on the main floor worked hard to keep the upstairs bedroom adequately cool. The provided fans helped move cool air up there. Having the outdoor and indoor pools at the Swim and Tennis Club was a wonderful bonus with 5 children in the mix. We would definitely return in the future.
