Fully furnished two bedroom/two bath condo with stunning river views from first and second floor. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the Pemigewasset River. Quite condo with 5 minute walk to shopping, dining and movie theater. With pull-out sofa, the condo sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen. New washer and dryer. Wood burning fireplace, all wood included. Plenty of parking.

Great location, river views

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. Great location within walking distance of town, yet very quiet.

Great condo with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Nice and close to restaurants and shops, but far enough away from the road to be quiet.

excellent property!

Our family of 4 loved our weekend away at this property! All amenities needed were there! Location was amazing with the river in the backyard. Very close to downtown, restaurants, stores, swimming, trails, etc. We will definitely be booking here again!

Another excellent stay

This is our third time staying at this condo and we had another great trip! The condo is clean and comfortable and the view (and sound) of the river can't be beat. We will be back again, i'm sure.

Location, Location, Location!

Hamid’s place on the South Peak of Loon Mnt. was the perfect location for our family ski vacation! There is a shuttle to the mountain, and the condo is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed coming back after skiing and building a fire. The view from the back of the condo if the mountain and river are spectacular.

4 Years Running

This was our 4th October stay. Weather was so-so but the accommodations were outstanding! Great food, hiking, shopping and sightseeing! My wife & I LOVE this condo. It’s roomy, comfortable, perfect location with a great view of the river!!! See you next year!

Anniversary Stay

This is our 5th time here in 5 years. We celebrated retirement and our 40th wedding anniversary. As usual, lots of food, fun and hiking beautiful New Hampshire. This condo is clean, convenient and perfectly located on the river and off the main road. Lincoln and Woodstock NEVER disappoint! AAAAA+++
