Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107) directly across from the front door.

Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.

It has one large bedroom with king bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll-away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Smart TV in the large living area. Free Internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors. Or enjoy the fabulous sunsets from indoors as well as the wild winter surfs.

This property has a beautiful view of the beach, has a very comfortable king size bed & comfortable chairs/recliners, and is very close to art-filled shops & plenty of dining options for when the desire to eat out arises. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing food as well…we did a little of both. Beach access is close by and easy to get to. It is a short drive to 2 different light houses, Quarry Cove, Cobble Beach and more…so much beauty in this area to explore. We felt like this was a cozy home away from home, and we would gladly visit again.

Location is perfect on the ocean, the B&B had so many pluses and very clean. Shirley communicated effectively. We are coming back!!!!

Everything was as it should be: clean, beautiful and close to where we wanted to be. If we go back to Newport, the plan will be to stay here again. Thank you Shirley.FYI: there was a bit of a mix up when we arrived (all my fault). We were at the wrong building and the while the building was wrong, the apartment numbers and parking spot matched. When the entry code failed, we call VRBO who contacted our host and we finally figured out the error. So, the system worked. Thanks all.

This condo is so adorable and the location is unbeatable. The host was very easy to communicate with and even left a very welcoming message and small gift of snacks. The ocean view is incredible, and it is literally steps from the beach. I would stay at this location again. We had such an amazing time. Parking for more than one vehicle can be challenging but the one reserved spot in the lot is great for single car travelers.

Was a perfect little condo for our beach trip. We slept great, the room has a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Kids (7 and 9 yo) had fun sleeping out on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There was an extra trundle bed available for the kids too. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. We even had access to coin-op laundry room which comes in handy after a beach day with the kids. We had a great time and enjoyed the comfort of this home and the beautiful view of the ocean. We even saw whales from the patio one of our nights.

The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked for our quick trip to the coast. And what a view! The owner was lovely to work with and was responsive and helpful when we had to make an adjustment to our plans. Highly recommend and hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

The unit was easy to access and very clean, with good drapes and comfortable, clean furniture arranged well and unstained carpet. The kitchen appeared to have everything one could need or want -- we stayed only 2 nights and did not cook at all. The bathrooms were small but clean and functional. We enjoyed our short stay and wished it were longer. The owner was incredibly communicative and responsive. We couldn't have had a more relaxing enjoyable time.

We had a wonderful stay at Nye Beach. We have previously stayed in a different unit in this same condo building, but this was by far our favorite! The condo is clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the electronic lock on the front door when we first arrived, but Shirley answered our call right away and helped us troubleshoot it. The lock worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. We will definitely stay again!

My mother (84) and I (58) stayed here for a weekend to celebrate mother/daughter birthdays. We could not have found a nicer place!! It was spacious, cleanly, and stocked with everything you could need; we felt so at-home. The view was gorgeous, as this condo is right on the beach and the beach access is just next door. Also, Nye Beach shops and eating places were in walking distance. We loved our visit and will be back!

Amazing 180 degree beach and ocean views! Love love love this condo. Great location with ships and restaurants very close for an easy walk. Host was fabulous, responsive and condo had lots of touches for comfort. Good decor, good bed. Just loved the whole place!
