Treat yourself to a quiet space in the very heart of Boulder. Explore the Front Range from this renovated historic home. This updated charming home is only a five minute walk to the shopping and dining of downtown Pearl Street.

A family-friendly home, with an open floor plan, large patio and a quiet, delightful fenced in back yard, this house has 2 master bedrooms each with king-size beds, 2.5 baths and sleeps 7 with amenities for children. The dormer room has 2 twin beds & another semi-private room with a twin bed. The downstairs toy room can be the 3rd bedroom for the pack & play. We have fast & secure WiFi and two flat screen Smart TV’s with YouTube TV channels and the ability to stream your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is washer/dryer in the downstairs master suite.

Cozy home in Boulder

This home was lovely. It had lots of little extras. There were two masters and two other spaces with three beds for more guests. It was nicely appointed and had good parking. It was close to the end of Pearl Street and the campus. Would stay again

What a wonderful spot!!

As much as I would like to save this spot for myself, I will say how wonderful it is. Such a cute spot, perfect location and great host! The back yard was key for us and our family just to hang out. We walked to Pearl Street and to the CU football game easily. Can't wait to go back and stay again!!!

Home Away From Home

If I could give this property and Diane ten stars I would! We were moving our daughter to CU Boulder for her freshmen year. There was not one thing we were in need of the whole time (even a hand saw to build something for her dorm)! The attention to detail and cleanliness of the property was the best I have ever encountered. The proximity to campus, restaurants and shopping on Pearl street was another plus. My daughter sprained her ankle the day before I was set to leave and the owners worked with me to extend my stay which made a difficult situation so much easier! We will be back for years to come! Highly Recommend!

Felt Like Home

We loved our stay! This was the perfect location and size -actually too big with all of the beds for just my husband and I to move our daughter into her housing to attend CU. The house was thoughtfully decorated and the bathrooms had lots of amenities such as q-tips, shampoo, body wash and the kitchen had plenty of pantry items, spices and condiments in the fridge. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint as people walked by for an afternoon/evening stroll with/without their dogs. The front porch was a welcome retreat on several days when a random rainstorm swept through. We felt very safe and loved the large grassy backyard. Diane, the owner, was quick to answer questions and even offered us a late check out if needed (we didn't). We wish we could have spent more time there than my daughter's apartment rental on our trip but there's always a next time! I highly recommend this property.

Great house, great location

The house was incredibly clean and we loved having the outdoor space with a huge umbrella for the sun. Very close to getting to the shopping and restaurants on Pearl Street. Worked perfectly for us!

Bliss in Boulder.

Our son was getting married in Lyons, CO. We stayed in Boulder near the downtown area. It was a convenient and quiet location. Our host was very attentive and helpful in every way. The charming house had everything possible we could need. Our backyard was lovely and enclosed ,a charming space for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. The house was very “kid friendly” with the fenced backyard, toy room and equipment. Delightful and relaxing vacation.

boulder gem!!!

we had a wonderful stay at this home. the location is perfect for walking downtown to pearl street. the home had a wonderful backyard to relax in. inside, the home had everything you would need with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Diane, the host, sent instructions on how to get in house and was available for any questions. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect for a Girls weekend

We are a group of 5 moms who live all over the country, and we met in Boulder and stayed in this house. It was perfect! The area is so cute and you can walk to pearl street and we even walked to our bike rental too. Backyard is gorgeous, so nice to have parking in the back, and have a bed for everyone. I would totally stay here again!

A Happy Home!

Loved this home! It was so well-appointed (including kitchen and bathrooms) and well-stocked for our entire stay (and for guests of all ages). The house was clean, comfortable and conducive to a relaxing stay. Outside patio and yard were spacious and private (fenced in), and we had lots of opportunities to sit outside in the sunshine (in February). The hosts, Diane and Scott, responded immediately when we had a question and could not have been more gracious. A 5 plus plus review!

Convenient Home in Lovely Neighborhood

We were in town for a bar mitzvah and stayed for a long weekend at this wonderful property, which was close to everything (15-minute walk to Pearl St. mall, <10 minute drive to everything else). We enjoyed the back yard tremendously, and the home was outfitted w/everything we needed for our stay. One item to note is that the upstairs bedrooms have low ceilings. This wasn't an issue for our 10-year old daughter, but her grandmother had to be mindful getting in and out of bed in her bedroom. There is also a fourth "bonus" sleeping area in the loft that could accommodate additional children, but it opens up to the downstairs so may or may not be appropriate depending on the family. We would highly recommend this place for anyone needing three separate sleeping areas.

Perfect place in Boulder

This property is a gem. Quiet, nicely appointed, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed a long weekend here with our parents and it was wonderful.

Boulder gem!

We loved our stay here. Boulder is such a special place to us and this property was a perfect place to host us during our short stay with friends and babies/kids. Plenty of room, great backyard and the play room was a hit.

Beautiful home and great location

This home was perfect for our visit to Boulder. We had two couples and the two en suite primary bedrooms worked out wonderfully. Diane is a thoughtful and helpful host. Highly recommend this home for your Boulder vacation.

Amazing Place To Stay

We were able to take possession early due to the place being available and fell in love with it. So clean and decorated with so much care. They have prepared for their guests with a lot of thought. If we forgot something it seem to be their for us to use. Diane was so very nice to work with and we so appreciate everything she did for us.

Lovely and comfortable house in great location

Charming private house with more space than expected. Comfortably furnished and decorated- felt like home immediately. Very well appointed - all the necessary kitchen supplies and bath (soap/shampoo/conditioner/hairdryer/ straightener). Easily slept our group of 6 in two primary bedrooms each with a full bath, a sleeping loft for 3 and a half bath. All beds were very comfortable with new bedding! Great communication and responsiveness from the host. Only regret is that we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the lovely back yard. Easy walk to Pearl Street shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend and will stay again!
